We also had one vehicle in the body repair shop when a large tree limb fell on the windshield and hood. This repair cannot been detected from the rest of the vehicle. The guy who worked at Kenneths at that time looked at the list and had his guys look over my car. Only a couple of minor things stood out so, Kenneths won my confidence and I had them do a complete break job front and back and a few other things before I went on a long trip. I have a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe SE. Luckily Hyundai extended the engine warranty and mine went out at around 146K and Hyundai replaced the engine with no charge. This past week my alternator went out and I had the car towed to Kenneths. They told me the drive belt tensioner was leaking oil and needed replacement. It was time for a transmission flush. So the three items, belt tensioner replacement, alternator and drain and fill transmission came to $2520.28. I was taken back by the price but trusted them so had the work done. Afterwards I immediately started checking with others and found that I could have had the same work (after comparing to four different mechanics) done from $717 to $1127 less. I don't recognize any of the people there anymore and I don't know what happened but my advice would be to steer clear and do not get your car serviced without getting bids. It's so hard to find trusted mechanics and at one time, my instincts were right but I won't be back.

After this is goes down hill to the point in which I can't believe the painter, quality personnel or even management would accept such poor quality work and even think it's acceptable to pass on such work to anyone. I attempted to have a tailgate replaced here and finally on the either 4th or 5th rejection of poor quality just threw in the towel as clearly they don't care or I would have had a quality product returned to me for a ~$3500 job of a new replacement tailgate. Multiple times I had to point out dents, dings, chips, runs in the clear coat, runs in the base coat, areas in which primer is still showing, orange-peel, and dirt or foreign particles embedded in the base coat, each time after I was told it's "ready" to go... The issues were never resolved and it's clear each time they only just tried to cover it up. I don't think they even attempted to PDR or glaze it for profile until I pointed all the dents out on round 3 I think (which still was never fully resolved). The quality of work is some of the worst I've ever seen and clearly no one on their quality side cared either. You would think at the 4/5th time one would look to make sure there is no runs in the paint as that is basic knowledge / quality for a paint job. They finally got what they want however, that of me out the door because they just can't do it and I got tired of them trying 100 times / paying out of pocket for a rental.

I stopped by just a dent about a week ago and spoke to Hector about a damage to my rear bumper…read more there was a dent in lower right side and the side portion that goes into the fender had popped out. Hector gave me an estimate between 150 and $350 and said that there would probably still be some damage there and I needed to pick up a couple of brackets at the Lexus store. so I ordered the brackets and they were ready today so I stopped by the store. Hector had given me an estimate of somewhere between maybe an hour and three hours so I was just getting comfortable talking to my friend of mine, when Hector came out and said come and take a look. The dent was almost completely gone. The paint had some ripples in it, and there was some white showing because I'd smashed it pretty well. But the side panel was completely flush brand new. It was amazing how quickly he repaired it. When I asked him how much it was and he replied would be $150 I gave him about three hugs the third one was after he told me he didn't need to use the. brackets that I purchased so now I did Hector save me $200 on his own estimate but the Lexus store took the brackets back without any restocking fee so he saved me another $125!!! My old Lexus looks fantastic. It's got 150,000 and no longer looks like a beater from the back! Hector should be swamped. He's honest he does fantastic work and an incredible price with drive-through speed! If you have a dent you need to go to this place absolutely spectacular!! And tremendous value!!!!
