My supervisor purchased lunch for my team. Id never had McAlisters before so I was excited to try. I ordered the Memphian. It was SO GOOD! I'd definitely get it again! We discovered when the order was dropped off they forgot parts of our order. We called to alert them and they sent a driver with the missing items and wrote an apology note and included cookies. It was an amazing gesture. Especially nowadays. The tea was probably best tear I've ever had! Definitely a place I will order from again!

I haven't been to a McAlister's in a minute, just because they closed the one near me. The cashier was friendly and polite. I ordered the McAlister's club and switched out the chips for broccoli and cheese soup. My meal arrived quickly and was hot. The portions were sufficient and comparable to the price. The place was pretty active with customers coming and going, so that is always a good sign. They have good Arnold Palmers, so that is a plus. The restaurant was clean and the tables bussed in a reasonable time. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I wouldn't mind having lunch here again.

Half full soup, also had half full mac and cheese and potato salad but didn't get pics of those

McAlister's, what is this. Why do y'all keep filling everything halfway and expecting full price. This place is a joke. So sad to see how downhill it went because it used to be a top tier restaurant. I'm only putting 2 stars because some of their food is good but it's all a scam

Great food, clean environment. However, be warned, this place is shut down for dining often due to staffing problems.

Slow service and staff morale looks depressing. Staff doesn't communicate with each other and making things not run smoothly.

Casual eatery- order at counter and pay..food will be delivered to your table. But, what did I encounter upon entering? omg their beautiful pastries, desserts, and Mexican conchas. Picked up a guava pastry for later. Ordered the Mexican Cubano torta without cheese and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I chose the birote bread- sourdough crispness on the outside with soft inside texture. This torta packed a ton o' flavor! Ham, bacon, kielbasa sausage, pickles, and bread slathered in their chipotle mustard and cilantro mayo. Delicious! I chose the house salad, rather than soup. Tummy was more than happy. For dessert, I ate the guava pastry in the evening- buttery pastry with a sweet guava jelly filling. Yum! Happy to return in the future to try other menu items : ) Lovely interior decor, indoor and outdoor seating , clean establishment.

It is a little on the pricey side, but the lattes and bakery items are really good. They used to have a sugared donut that was my absolute favorite, but unfortunately they no longer carry it. The tortas aren't your typical Mexican torta, but they're still good in their own way. That said, I don't really come here for the main food--I come for the bakery and the café vibe. The salads are also solid if you're looking for something lighter. Service is ok. There's this one guy who usually cleans the tables and he's so friendly. I didn't catch his name but he's on it. I'll Get his name next time im there.

I have been wanting to visit this place for a while since it opened. Because of mother's day it was…read morethe perfect opportunity to go. And it was a great experience! We did not have reservations and went knowing this. The hostess said it was a like 45 minutes to an hour wait. With being mothers day and all, we expected it. However they had a spritzer cart outside for the waiting patrons! Fantastic idea! It was warm but not too terribly hot when we arrived so we opted to brief look at their desserts and then went outside to a couple of tables. We then went to the spritzer cart and ordered a few drinks and it hi perfectly with the sunny weather. And after finishing the drink our table was pretty much ready. It was not even 30 minutes in waiting. Probably 20 minutes. We were sat at two round tables near the bar which was ok, but our daughter has a boot on for her foot but she managed ok. We weren't expecting that but it was ok. They didn't know. We were greeted by our server and promptly got our drink orders and all our food order. What we did was view the menu beforehand. We ordered three appetizers. The meatball ferris wheel, the grilled octopus, and Nonna's garlic bread. The drinks were all delish! The first app that came out was the garlic bread. I have to say is the absolute star of the food here. If you are here, please order it. It's the thing to have. And the butter that comes with it just elevated it to another level. It's that good. Actually better than the entrees in my opinion. The next was the meatball ferris wheel. This showcase the flavors of the entrees for me. It was indeed fun to see. Each meatball was really good and they didn't skimp on the meatballs here. It was very good and the temperature was perfect. The last was the grilled octopus. It was super tender and the sauce was good but we learned they used spicy peppers a lot in their dishes to bring out the flavors. This was the beginning and it was a solid level 1 of 5 of spice level. If you are not into spicy dishes they foreshadows a majority of the entrees here. The grilled octopus was great. And the potatoes go with it perfectly. For our meals, I got the spaghetti and red clam sauce which is spicy. My wife ordered the risotto pescatore, which is a seafood dish, and my daughter got the pork chop my way and she had it Parmesan style. The risotto pescatore came out first and it is supposedly spicy but because none of my family does spicy like me, the sis not as the peppers in the dish. And because of that, the dish tasted kind of bland and only tasted the seafood mixed together. Not bad but was unsatisfying unfortunately. So it's not the fault of the kitchen or chef. It's not made as listed so it will not really taste how it's supposed to m the server and manager pretty much came by and address the issue even though it's no fault of their own. They did offer her a side spaghetti l, which is more than enough at this point, because of all the appetizers we has filled up on. My spaghetti and red clam sauce was actually really good. I could taste the pasta being made in house. The clams with the spicy sauce was great and satisfying. The pork chop. It was just big. I mean hanging over the plate large. Our server and another server said it is big but that was the biggest pork chop they've ever seen come out of the kitchen. It was hilarious. But it tasted so good. Think chicken fried steak but pork chop. And it was delicious as well. Just too much for one person. Especially after all the appetizers! Dessert was the special they had for mother's day weekend. It was a raspberry tiramisu and it was so creamy and smooth. It was one of the better desserts I've had in a while. I also had a cappuccino and they was perfect as well. A great ending to to meal. We haven't eaten that much in a long time. The drinks and appetizers are spectacular. The entrees are good but not the stars of the show for us. But we enjoyed the food journey here!

Located in a large strip mall, parking was not an issue. We were greeted upon entrance and we immediately checked out all their fresh ingredients. My go to base is always greens, instead of rice. . My three proteins of choice today were eel, which I was happy to see, spicy tuna, and ahi tuna. He heated the eel in the microwave for a few. Loved the variety of extensive veggies, sauces, and topping sections. Most are free unlimited too, except for avocado and cream cheese, a small extra charge. I think I pretty much had most of the ingredients in my bowl lol. As far as sauces, you can mix if you like and I was able to sample as well. I'm a spicy chick, so he mixed up a concoction of sriracha aioli and spicy ginger. My bowl was packed with yumminess. I could have used a plate to mix up all the goodies. The eel had a slight sweetness to it and the dressings/sauce was actually not that hat spicy. My bowl was topped with wonton chips for a crispy texture. Perfectly full and happy with healthy choices made. Seating was abundant. No military discount offered. When in the area, we'll definitely be back!

When we got there it was a small restaurant located in a shopping strip between huebner and blanco. When we walked in we were greeted and told to sit anywhere we'd like. I ordered the migas plate, my husband ordered the veggie omelette, and my mother-in-law had the pancake meal. When reading the description of the plate it did seem like a lot of food, but it was well portioned. Everything came out pretty quick. I loved mines and did take a bite of what everyone ordered. I have to say that I have never had a meal where I don't feel completely stuffed. This meal left me satisfied and feeling full but not the bad full. Every bite was delicious! You can tell they use fresh ingredients. My mother-in-law who is extremely picky and hardly ever finishes her meals ate everything. My husband did not leave one bite behind. Lol Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a very satisfying meal. Customer service was great. Everyone was super nice, attentive and patient.
