Reminded me of purgatory. The food was really bland, flavorless. Service was good but how can you mess something like that up? The price was 23$ for a single meal with a drink which was the whole point as to why I'm writing this and the ambiance was alright. Felt like I was in a doctor's waiting room. Wouldn't suggest this place. High school cafeteria food.

Turkey French Dip

We picked up lunch on Wednesday (2/19), and were very disappointed in what we received. Ordered a turkey French dip with cheese, they didn't include cheese on half the sandwich (which we were charged for). Additionally, we got a you pick 2 and the sandwich with the combo was far from 6 inches. They also forgot the tomato bisque soup that was ordered as a side for the turkey French dip. Really bad experience here, it would be ideal to get a gift card or free entree for next time. Lastly, the cost...completely outrageous. $50 for a combo, a 12 inch turkey sandwich and 2 large drinks. Astronomic and not even great quality.

The New Yorker with Potato Salad

This is the best deli! I'm addicted. The food is absolutely delicious, fresh and the meats I've had so far are by far the best. The New Yorker and French Dip are amazing. Especially, the French Dip with Angus beef! The place is clean, the staff is so very nice and accommodating. Service with a smile. Love this place. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity. Vegetables are so crisp and fresh. Oh, I forgot to mention potato salad and pickle slice were delicious, as well. Plenty of parking and handicap parking.

EVERY staff member says "hello! Welcome to McAlister's" upon entering! I mean EVERY STAFF!! They did that for me and I observed them consistently do so with everyone that entered. It was such a nice energy to walk into plus it keeps all the employees engaged. I liked it. I had my usual Savannah chopped salad, it's a delicious salad w chicken slices and a delicious sherry shallot dressing. Many other delicious options but this one is my trusty go to.

I wish I could say I like this place the food is just OK sometime it good and others it just flat out bad. The over all groove of this place is nice and modern. The service is nothing special seriously this one little girl always is so rude and disrespectful to us the paying customer. Do better McAlisters.

They were busy but the staff were really nice. The sandwich was good and the soup was good as well .

We went on a Saturday around 7pm, and it was nice not to be so busy... we didn't have a long wait. Workers were very well-mannered and attentive. There were several parties of small groups and families, and it was still a quaint environment to eat in. We could hear each other still while enjoying our good food! Side salad was gigantic and the chili lime vinaigrette was delish. Everyone at the table was content with the food - sandwiches, salad, baked potato... we got dessert to go. A little pricey for a deli, but we were not disappointed at all!

It's always so good eating here, the lady who took our order helped me decide what sounded best and even recommended the 50/50 because I couldn't decide between a sandwhich and a salad. All the tables were clean so we could sit anywhere but chose a booth and I swear I went to the bathroom for 3 minutes and it was on the table, I couldn't believe how fast it was. I also tried by boyfriend broccoli cheddar soup and I should've got my own because now it's all I want when I'm sick

Mac & Cheese

Took almost 30 minutes to get our food when we ordered for pickup, we gave them the benefit of the doubt because of how busy it was. When we opened the bag, there was no excuse for this monstrosity. My turkey toastie was soggy, the chili tasted like road pavement and the Mac & Cheese was a waste of $1.49. If I wanted a side of cheese, I'd ask for it and would wait 30 minutes for that too. It would've been worth it if it would've tasted half as good as food from the Dona Ana county detention center. They have a case of amnesia in there because not only did they forget napkins, they forgot to take off tomatoes on our sandwich too. It's gonna be awhile till I go back, no thanks to you McAlister's.

The food is expensive for wilted lettuce and slim amounts of food. The customer service attitude.

The service here was top notch, staff are so friendly. They have the best broccoli/cheddar soup I'd ever had. The sandwiches were amazing.

The service was very friendly and our waitress came by several times to see how we were doing. The food was fantastic. Everything we got was delicious. It was fresh, well seasoned, and a large portion that was enough to take some home for later. Definitely a good find for Mediterranean cuisine in Las Cruces.

Food service was fairly slow but this was our only real gripe. The food was excellent and a really pleasant surprise. We tried both the Greek and Lebanese combo plates. The meats were all fantastic and well cooked, not overcooked or poor quality. We loved how many options there were to choose from. The seasoned rice was also really good. The portions were good for the price and we all left full and happy. I'd happily come back if in the area again or if I lived nearby. I'd expect it's a great place to get takeout from as well. There was parking outfront but the strip mall it's in was busy so difficult to get a spot up close during dinner time. However plenty of spaces a few stores down if you can walk a bit.

It's kind of dark on the inside and when we first came in, it didn't really look like anyone worked there. It's a pretty good sized space and they easily accommodated our group of 9 without prior reservations. The interior is clean, but has a divey feel to it. The servers were pretty pleasant - no complaints there. So the menu... it's a lot. So many different options, but it's difficult to understand the theme of the restaurant. It's just all very confusing. OK so they have Boba which is Japanese, and then kind of keeping with that theme, they have different fried rice plates... but then they also have quesadillas... club sandwiches... there's no theme. I ordered a Lavender Milk Tea and built my own quesadilla with chicken, bacon, green chile and beans... but the star of it all was the sweet potato fries as my side. Will I eagerly try to go back? Maybe not, but if I had to, I would.

They also advertise that they have draft beer but they DON'T. The service is mediocre at best. They are friendly just not efficient.
