I put it up to my air conditioning in my car to cool it down, but my screen won't sense my touch nor open, even after restarting at the Apple store twice today. Within a week of getting my screen replaced here, I still had the issues where any characters that I pressed on the keyboard would get stuck, have a delayed response, or be off track. You have no idea the elation of knowing there's someone out there that can come and set up or fix any tech. I've been the reluctant IT person at home with moderate success until I reached my capacity with my new mesh system that simply wasn't meshing. I got it all set up & working for a couple weeks, tossed the box, and within the return period (no box anymore so can't return) the 2 satellites stopped satelliting. Problems started after I struggled getting my printer to re-connect, then did the whole unplug/turn off/reboot/ update firmware thing, and the Orbi dropped it's out satellites and 2 of my Sonos speakers. Somehow the rest of the devices stayed connected so it was tolerable until Paul came out next day. At least I have no shame since it took nearly 2 hours to fix, but fix it he did. FWIW, Orbi is not the mesh system to get. It's glitchy & problematic. EERO is the recommended way to go. Orbi gets one more chance, then off it goes to the wifi router farm in the country with all the other wifi routers where it can romp & play in the land of oddball wifi routers.
