From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly patient and respectful of our timing. At no point did we feel pressured - they truly made sure we were comfortable and ready before moving forward with any part of the project. That level of understanding and flexibility meant a lot to us. A special thank you to Rodrigo, the Operations Manager, who ensured everything ran smoothly and efficiently. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. We also want to recognize TJ, our salesperson, who was knowledgeable, approachable, and supportive throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel confident in our decisions. Overall, they were extremely accommodating, easy to work with, and genuinely cared about our experience. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for foundation work done right-with integrity, patience, and top-notch service.

Original Scope: HRCC added a 1,000 sq ft to my existing deck, covered both the new & existing deck with the epoxy coating, etched and stained it to look like slate. Added Scope: I had HRCC add a custom rock garden (approx. 8 tons of rock) and sod my yard with Zoysia. Schedule: HRCC was able to complete my original scope ahead of schedule. I had a party planned when I added the additional scope. Since it was the busy season, I expected the additional work to not start for several weeks however, HRCC started it the next day and finished within a week. Costs: While costs are always a factor I typically decide based on value. In my opinion HRCC provides a great value for the costs. Mark, Tracey and the rest of the ownership team were wonderful to deal with and care about their customers. Most important to me were the caliber of the people doing the work. It was very easy to tell that they took great pride in their work, were very good at what they were doing and have worked at HRCC for decades. In addition to their work the HRCC crew worked well with the other contractors I had on site i.e. Electrician, Sprinkler Technician etc. All of our friends that have seen our remodeled yard is amazed at the change and our neighbors keep stopping by to look at the work we had done. If you choose HRCC you will not be disappointed.

iFIX Construction Review…read more When Jorge came for the estimate, he was very nice and spoke about how respectful they are with your home and property. I also needed the sewer pipe under the house replaced during the foundation repair. Is piling dirt against your motorcycle instead of asking to move it out of the way a sign of respect? How about using the corner of your backyard as a restroom? When asked, Jorge said I was getting a good deal on the work. Jorge also got the distance wrong on the plumbing while we were talking. To fix his mistake, He blamed it on me and said he needed an extra $1,500. Here is some advice for everyone. Double check that all distance measurements are right. Make sure you move everything out of the way (Far away). Get documents for plumbing work done by the plumber and any pictures BEFORE you pay the final bill. Have them give you the updated measurements of the foundation AFTER the work is finished. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for the pictures of the plumbing under the house they keep promising. The method used to level the foundation is said to be the best. You can hear the house move as they work. This is the reason for 3 stars. The other 2 stars are for the motorcycle, using my backyard as a restroom and me paying for his mistake. I know I live in a poor neighborhood and my house is old and in rough shape and that my house was full of all the crap I have bought over the years. I think they call it hoarding. What isn't pictured is the dumpster in my driveway and all the crap I've collected being thrown away. Thought I would add this before anyone else does. *UPDATE* A couple of days after posting this review on Google Maps, I was given the plumbing report and videos of the plumbing under the foundation.

They shared details on what should be done and mentioned that someone else can take care of it and that I do not need a foundation specialist. I hope this business does very well! I have Audio recordings of them promising to fix everything on 3-2-26 and then basically calling me a liar a few days later also on audio recordings. They also claimed they were going to fix everything when i have proof that they only offered to fix a few scratches and cabinet adjustments and acid wash on the shower when there was so much damage to my home and my belongings. Laundry 7-28-25 $5,600 80 sqft included closet but was not done, along with door hinge. Plus light and water comes in through door they installed improperly. Master Bath$23,000 flooring already has soft spots and raised spots they also left a mess, paint spray, concrete spray in shower, foam and grout in cabinet. The safety bars were installed with only 1 screw on each side and immediately became loose and i almost fell in the shower, I have multiple sclerosis and rely on safety. Deck and ramp 8-10-25 $18,000 The deck was suppose to be made wheel chair accessible because I have multiple sclerosis and it is way to steep (2 feet high 16 feet long) it needs to be 1/12 slope to use a wheel chair or walker on, they also built it to close to my ac unit only 4 inch when its suppose to be 12-24 inch away from ac, I have a new ac unit and have already had issues with it freezing over and its also a fire hazard, had to get it serviced and the ac repair people told us the deck needs to be moved because they built it to close to the ac. Flooring, $14,000 8-27-25 The flooring is not level and has soft spots everywhere including going down entire walkway of the house, raised spots, vinyl planks already coming up all down the entire house. The flooring itself was also damaged during the next project kitchen and bath remodel. They did not protect any of my other rooms or my belongings and completely destroyed a vintage 50 year old dollhouse, and tons of breakable things that were just thrown in big trash bags. Kitchen and bath 9-18-25 $50,000 They took my payment in 3 payments when the contract said 5 and i didn't realize till after i sent pay and after that they basically halted work and were extremely slow at getting back to me or sending up anyone to finish the rest of the work, I was displaced for 4 months when i was told it was going to be 3 weeks on the contract, there is extensive damage to my cabinets and walls and floor, including holes in the walls in cabinets and on the floor in cabinet and since then we've found snakes inside drawers and cabinets where the holes are, and ants coming in from the seam of the floor thats separated throughout the living room and kitchen also the guest bath was not touched. I have videos, photos, audio recordings, every single text message.

Not being from Texas, I had always heard about foundation movement and cracking, but I hoped I'd…read morenever have to deal with it myself. When the signs finally appeared, I did what most people do -- I researched companies with strong reviews, a long track record, and real experience with North Texas soil. After narrowing it down to three reputable companies, I had each come out to evaluate my home and explain what they believed was necessary. Out of all of them, Heath from Texas Foundation Experts stood out immediately. His hands‑on experience, clear reasoning, and ability to explain why certain repairs were needed gave me confidence that he truly understood the problem and how to fix it. From the very first call, the team at TFE made the process easier. Katy, the General Manager, was knowledgeable, empathetic, and patient as I explained my concerns. When Heath arrived, he was both confident and reassuring -- a combination that matters when you're facing a major home repair. His proposal was thorough, his price was competitive, and the company's reviews backed up everything I was seeing firsthand. Looking back, choosing Texas Foundation Experts was one of the best decisions I've made as a homeowner. The work they performed reflected exactly what they promised: professionalism, transparency, and genuine expertise. Foundation issues can be stressful, especially for someone new to Texas, but TFE turned a daunting situation into a smooth, well‑managed experience. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone dealing with foundation concerns.
