We took delivery of the washer and dryer and had a scheduled delivery date for the remaining appliances in December 2025. Ryan asked to reschedule until the new year as he had a cold. We are now in 2026 and despite several follow ups, the management has failed to make an arrangement to deliver the fully paid for appliances or arrange a refund. I can no longer recommend this store.

Sean was amazing he took so much time explaining to us the different brands and even went so far as to bring a washer I was considering to the back of the shop. He hooked it up and let it run a complete cycle so I could see and hear for myself how well it work. Upon delivery of my new washing machine I called Sean to let him know that I did not receive the hot and cold water hose. He explained that they are no longer included but said it was no big deal and he would drop it off for me. To my surprise Sean took time out of his day to go to home depot and purchase the hose free of charge to me and bring it to my house. In this day and age that level of service is unheard of. I am so grateful for everything and highly recomment Appliance Bazaar ok Kennedy to everyone. And I absolutely love my new Huebsch washer. Thanks a million Sean.

Denied any responsibility and said they would not do anything to help me with it. Also, any repairs they've done have been extremely overpriced. I would highly recommend not using them.

My review is a mixed one. CAS offers a great selection of appliances and have good incentives to…read morebuy. My salesperson was good she advised me of potential timing for my appliances to be available and went through all of the costs involved including the fees for removal of packing materials. Lots of great communication via email when the items were in and available for delivery. So overall my buying at CAS was a good experience. Now to the troubles. Delivery was a complete nightmare. I live in a condo so there is a lot of coordination involved with deliveries. I was told you can only request a delivery time. That makes it very difficult in a condo. First delivery stated afternoon and the drivers called at 7:45. No deliveries in our building other than 9-5. They left. I was donating my fridge to a charity that day and they were picking it up in the afternoon. I called CAS and advised them of the miscommunication and I was expecting compensation for all the food that would go bad with the non delivery. Luckily after much back and forth they had the truck come back after 9. It was very stressful and should have been avoided. The second delivery was worse. I again asked for a certain time and of course they couldn't accommodate. I received the times of 4-7. I again phoned and said I have mentioned I live in a condo and delivery hours and elevators are not easy to switch. They didn't care and said cancel the delivery and try again tomorrow. I said what if it doesn't line up again am I to keep trying for months. Again they didn't care. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told no. I was embarrassed in my condo for having to call the office so many times and rebook. I finally asked if they would just fit my delivery in when it came as long as it was between 9-5 and they said yes. This delivery experience was a complete nightmare and I have never seen anything so bad. It was beyond stressful. With every other delivery I have ever arranged with other companies they ask me when do I want it delivered and they deliver to my schedule. The other problem is they send their estimated delivery time at 7 pm which is far too late to have time to rework. My condo office closes at 5. It's a shame for CAS to get a negative review for delivery as their products, store and selling features are very good. This is something they can definitely fix but don't seem to care. Based on the amount of time, effort and stress with the delivery I would definitely not recommend CAS for your appliance needs.

Washer/Dryer: Technician skill is inconsistent. The first technician caused a leaking hose connection and left garbage on our fridge, forcing a second visit. They also left the large packaging in our garage without asking, though they did return to pick it up. Refrigerator: During the sale, no one asked if we needed packaging removed. Only after delivery we told there's a $8 recycling option. Dishwasher: This was the worst experience. I was charged an additional $200 for third-party installation and haul-away. To avoid further Issues, I even called CAS to confirm packaging removal and was assured it would be handled, but the contractors refused. They only collected the washer/dryer packaging, leaving me to dispose of the remaining two boxes including styrofoam and wood planks. The styrofoam broke apart and scattered particles all over my garage. I am essentially left to manage the messy aftermath of the appliance delivery.

That store was closed. I remember it was the same location. This is the only store that sells Luft Range Hoods. When I bought this hood few years ago, the owner said it is a German brand. I couldn't find this brand informations online except from this store. Most likely he was lying and they manufactures this LUFT brand in China. I called this store by phone again and he said he did not received my text messages. I told him, he just replied my text messages an hour ago. He became a bit mad and told me this model is too old and could not find parts for repair. The way he talks is like a mafia threatening me not to bother him any more. If I buy a new range hood from him, he can help me by discounting $200. Do you think I will even buy another Luft range hood from this black store ? My advice is to BEWARE of this store. I'm glad the issue is FINALLY resolved after over 6 months of fighting for an exchange. It should have never gotten to the point it did and unfortunately I wasn't the only one with this type of experience. Not having a dryer for such a long period had been inconvenient to say the least! Adding 1 star for the person who set my case in motion for resolution & the friendly truckers. I hope my review can bring awareness and contribute to better training and policies, ultimately to improve customer satisfaction for future customers.

The Samsung Technician came over to check the dishwasher, and found that the person who came to install our dishwasher completely messed up the installation. The technician said that whoever installed the dishwasher had messed up the installation and damaged the dishwasher's main tub and caused leakage all over the circuit board throughout our time of using it. The dishwasher has got damaged with the wiring, the motor and main board... due to the poor installation. I tried to call the Goemans customer service and I was told nothing can be done or help! I was very disappointed with their irresponsible response and poor customer service and I feel so helpless and shocked that I have to buy another dishwasher in just 2 years, my old GE dishwasher had been use for 10 years, I do not expect the new Samsung can only be used for 2 years only because of the poor installation by Goemans. And the customer service is such irresponsible and poor. I shall share this bad experience to all the people I know and on all social platforms so no other victim will have same terrible experience as I did.
