I originally narrowed down gutter businesses by their customer reviews. Xellent Gutter Solutions had 5-star reviews on both Google and Yelp. I would soon learn why. We had old gutters on our home that needed to be replaced. Xellent Gutters promptly came out and provided a very reasonable estimate for the same size 5-inch gutters we had on our house. After considering my options further, I decided that, given the size of our house, I wanted to get a new bid for 6-inch gutters with the Leaf Blaster Pro gutter guards. I promptly received the new bid, which was also very reasonable and better than other businesses with 5 star reviews. I had several questions along the way and always received quick and informative answers. It was clear they cared about fully answering my questions. I always felt like I was a valued customer versus a nuisance for asking questions. They volunteered to come out again to my house with a sample of the 6-inch gutters in my color selection so we could make sure we were happy with that size and color. The owner, Jesus, personally came out to our house, got on the ladder to hold the sample to our house so we could make sure it was what we wanted. Jesus was wonderful. Helpful, funny, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I signed the contract on a Friday, and they were at our house for installation on the following Monday. They arrived right in the expected time window and sent a text message to announce their arrival in 45 minutes. The text let me know that there would be 4 workers on my installation team: Carlos, Nelson, Emerson, and Jesus. It was an extremely hot day, but they worked efficiently and quickly to install approximately 350 feet of gutters, downspouts, and splash guards. The work was completed in less than 6 hours from their arrival time. The new gutters and downspouts looked great. My yard was left completely clean with no sign that dirty old gutters had been recently removed. The owner, Jesus, and Marlene were standouts in customer service, and the installers were knowledgeable, efficient, and hard-working. So, if you like receiving 5-star service AND product, at a great price, Xellent Gutter Solutions is an outstanding choice.

Great service from Gutter King …read more.. We have several large oaks around the perimeter of our home. Gutter King installed one of their gutter guard products all around the house. They cleaned, realigned, sealed, and repaired all the gutters and downspouts before installing the leaf guards. They also replaced a couple of sections of gutter damaged by the oaks during the ice storm a couple of years ago. The gutters and guards look great and appear very high quality--we'll see how things function during the next storm, but confident they'll work as advertised. I was very pleased with the level of service and the follow-up from the sales guy/estimator, Jon, to the installer, Edward.  Edward was just outstanding and did the entire installation himself, working one and a half days to complete the job. One very hardworking guy. Professional, personable, with a great attitude and work ethic.
