We had bought the car at a suburban Boston dealer who will not be named. That dealer tried to say that the issue was normal wear and tear, even though the folks at Mazda USA said it was a manufacturer's fault. The Boston dealer was extremely rude and dismissive. We will never go there again. Turn the page to Mazda Cape Cod; they were friendly, understanding, and professional. They fixed the problem immediately. I cannot say enough good things about this Service Department, and special commendations to Corey German, Rafael Hernandez, and the technician Daryl Delancey. And thanks also to Mazda USA. They too were professional and understanding. We WILL buy a Mazda again! Love the car and the brand. Next time, go to Mazda Cape Cod!

Absolutely terrible experience. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone…read more I brought my 2016 BMW X5 in for service and ended up paying nearly $4,000. I specifically told them my rear passenger tire had a slow leak. They claimed to have checked it, yet within 25 miles of leaving, I had to stop and put air in the tire myself. That alone tells you everything about their attention to detail. It gets worse. While my car was in their shop, I was out of town for a few days and clearly told them I would not be back right away. They were the ones who suggested I have someone else return the loaner vehicle on my behalf. I agreed, but without my knowledge, that person drove the car excessively. Now I'm being blamed and penalized for something I did not authorize, even though this was a one-time situation and I have no history of misusing loaner vehicles. Instead of handling this reasonably, they decided to put a note on my account banning me from getting any future loaners. No real conversation, no warning--just a decision. Even worse, my girlfriend brought her own car in for service after a minor accident, and because of what happened with me, they refused to give her a loaner as well. She had nothing to do with the situation, yet they chose to penalize her anyway. That is completely unfair and unprofessional. Between the poor-quality service and the way they treat customers, this place clearly does not value your business. There are plenty of other dealerships that will treat you with basic respect--go to one of those instead.

They worked their best to get me the best deal as I was financing. Ended up closing on the car the same day! They serviced and detailed the car before I picked it up, it felt like getting in a brand new car! These guys put their upmost care into their cars as well as their customers. Big shoutout to Terrance he was phenomenal and so knowledgeable about the vehicle! Big shout out to Christine as well for going above and beyond to get me an amazing deal! Shoutout to the whole team really! Everyone was so helpful and so courteous to me. Balise Ford's sales team (in particular Jason Arruda) was fantastic when my wife and I were ready to get new cars. But what is really special about Balise is, once you buy a car, they treat you like family going forward. Particularly, Rick Diaz from the Service Department always goes out of his way to be thoughtful and helpful whenever our family needs anything. The work on our vehicles is always done efficiently and well, and Balise does a great job communicating with customers. When my wife unexpectedly had a baby a month early, we had left one of our cars for service at Balise a few days prior. Rick actually told us not to worry at all, held onto my car until we could come get it and checked in with us several times to just see how the baby was doing. Balise does not just have great service - Rick Diaz and the team at Balise treat their customers the right way from start to finish, turning the task of having to deal with vehicle maintenance into a very positive experience. Could not recommend them enough.

Mind you, this same problem happened while I was home in NY, but at that time, the AAA person assured me that my battery was fine, and that I'd be safe to travel "as usual", including long distances - which is why I still drove, and I'm equally grateful that I made it to Cape safely. In hindsight, knowing what I know now, I would've delayed my trip by a few hours and gotten this resolved back home. Either way, I'm in a panic and called AAA to help me jumpstart, but I still needed somewhere to go to fix the issue. This was already 2pm so when I found this Subaru location, they were very upfront with me about whether or not they could help me given time constraints, but given the unexpected nature (and my pleas), they were willing to try. Ryan at Copeland Subaru was kind enough to offer to have someone drive over to jumpstart my car (I was super close by, otherwise it wasn't something they'd usually do) since we weren't sure how long AAA was going to take, and I was trying to reach them by 3. Thankfully AAA arrived in minutes from my request, got me started, and I was about to get to the Subaru. Immediately upon arrival, they checked me in, got all my info, and got started. I had probably checked in with them 3-4x in the few hours I was waiting since I had been trying to make it to a rehearsal dinner that evening, and not once did they make me feel like I was a bother. They diagnosed, changed my battery, gave me recommendations, and sent me on my way - and I made it to the dinner! I am forever grateful! Everyone here is genuinely kind, and I will never stop recommending them enough for the transparency, efforts, and patience they gave to make sure I would safely travel home again!

I was informed that the drain plug had not been properly sealed, causing an oil leak. After the snow melted from my driveway, I discovered large oil stains on my newly paved surface. This was discovered after my last visit to Tracy VW. There was no apology for the technician's oversight, and I was told the issue "sometimes happens." As a result, I was left dealing with the inconvenience of taking a day off work to address the problem, along with damage to my property. I bring my vehicle to a dealership expecting a level of care that avoids preventable mistakes. During the same visit, I was also told that my rear rotors were severely rusted and had worn down the brake pads--despite the fact that I had driven only about 1,000 miles since the annual service. This had not previously been communicated as urgent, which raised concerns for me about the consistency of their inspections. My primary concern is the damage to my property, along with the lack of accountability and communication surrounding the drain plug issue. The response felt dismissive, and there was no apology offered. For these reasons, I will be taking my business elsewhere and am sharing this experience to inform other customers. I have also contacted VW Customer Care in hopes of resolving the matter. #TracyVolkswagen #TracyVW
