When we walked in it wasn't really busy and we were seating quickly. The waiter was very friendly, professional and offered good recommendations. The ambiance was nice and a good place to sit and enjoy your company. We ordered the garlic knots to start with. They were good. I ordered the Italian Cobb salad. It is a very delicious salad and big enough to split with someone else. We ordered a 20 in pizza which was big. The slices are big. It was very good. I like thin pizza crust and that is exactly what it was. The sauce was good and had just enough with huge pepperoni slices and spicy Italian sausage. If you are ever in Tulsa this is a nice little pizza joint to have dinner at. They also have gelato, which I love but I was too full to enjoy one. It's also in a nice area to go have a walk after you eat with little shops around to visit.

I ordered a large pie with half margarita and half supreme. The margarita was good. Sauce was tasty and flavorful, few pieces of basil with melted slices of moots. The undercarriage was nice - def New York style with the crunch. Although I'm not a crust eater, but I thought the crust was good as well. The supreme was ok. I liked the sausage on there, but I thought there were way too many olives and I didn't like the mushrooms (might have used canned mushrooms? Not sure) I also had the chocolate cannoli and liked it.

Ordered two medium pizzas, three beginner salads three waters, and a kid DP. We had to comment on the salads being served after the pizzas arrival. Usually, since I have frequented here many times before, the salads make a presence with the drinks. But let me stay on track. This was an utter disappointment and floor manager, talked at us saying she would comp the salads., whatever that means... talking at us when she brought the pizzas to our table, and dashed. Ok I get it, you're busy. But it's literally slow dead in here. I ordered the rigatoni pasta which the taste was off. This whole trip was off. I am not really into writing a review like this, but this experience was nothing to write home to mama about. Goodness gracious my momma was sitting next to me during this horrid event. Even the waiter said they only had one cook. Just mind the heat outside folks. The hot will be back next week and just stick it out for better service and days. You can do it!!

Ambiance The setup gives classic pizza‑parlor energy, complete with a bar centered in the middle of the space. They also offer large circular booths that work well for big parties, along with high‑top tables and high‑chair seating in the bar area. Service Our server was incredibly patient with our larger group. She helped us navigate the menu, offered suggestions, and handled any modifications we needed without hesitation. She even made sure we had clean plastic utensils when the silverware supply ran low--small detail, but very appreciated. Food You really can't go wrong with the pizza here. Everything is hand‑tossed and made to order, which is always a plus. The marinara sauce was just okay for me, and the pizza leaned a bit on the greasy side, but overall it was still enjoyable. The signature plastic cups were a fun touch--some even change color depending on the temperature. Overall I'd recommend giving this place a try if you're ever in Broken Arrow. My visit happened to be on a slow night, but I was told it gets packed on Friday and Saturday evenings. So bring your patience if you're planning a weekend stop.

Well, a few years back we visited Jimmy's on our visit to our daughter and her family and couldn't…read morehave been more pleased. On a return visit things were just mediocre On our visit tonight, January 6, 2026, well it fell off the cliff! The pizza sauce was kind of bland, crust was ok, not really New York style and I'm originally from New Jersey. My daughter and grandson were using the parmesan cheese from the shaker, when she looked at her second piece she saw the cheese was moldy, she had already eaten one slice, as did my grandson. My daughter brought the shaker the young lady at the counter to look at the mold in the shaker, to which the young lady replied "oh, I just cleaned all them." When my daughter asked for a new slice, as we had two whole pizzas , she replied, we don't have any slices right now. One would think good customer service would make a new pizza and give her a slice, as the one she had, had moldy Parmesan cheese on it. My daughter then asked about another slice again and she finally offered a piece of white pizza, which was very garlicky. Now one would also think to check the other shakers at the other tables, right? Wrong! I checked three of the tables and found moldy shakers too. My wife brought them up to the counter and told the cashier, you might want to check the rest, so she did and brought them back into the kitchen. Probably won't be returning any time soon.

They appeared to be short staffed with one worker on break, one at the register, and one in the kitchen (this person was visibly eating through the food pickup window). The employee working the register was nice and helped us out with the menu, since this was our first visit. We ordered some garlic knots to share and a slice of pizza each. Our order took awhile but there was a sign saying that some orders take longer than others, so we patiently waited. The cashier took a few more orders then started cleaning off the dirty tables. Another diner noticed that this employee was going between cleaning and picking up food orders without washing their hands. She made quite a scene when their order was delivered - I think this could have been handled better on the diner's side, but the employees might need additional food safety training between the cook eating while preparing other people's food and the cashier handling food after using cleaning spray. Our cheese garlic knots were good, but difficult to eat off of the foil they were heated up in. The pizza slices were not as good - my veggie slice had raw veggies on top. My husband's slice was somehow burnt but cold. The slices were big for the price but overall not good. Not sure we will be back.

I appreciate they have thin crust and not just the deep dish because deep dish is not my cup of tea. I decided just to do the all you could eat salad bar. However, it was interesting that you fill out a piece of paper and they make the salad for you. I liked that they made it very pretty and it was unlimited. But because we were a large group it was difficult to get the waiter to come back around and if we wanted another salad, it got a little complicated with having to constantly flag Someone down to help us. Also trying to get refills was challenging. They weren't that busy and yes, we were a large group of 16 people, but I still felt like the waiter should've been more attentive and should've helped us more. There is an abundance of wine to choose from. Our server was rushed (and they were packed) and I didn't get a lot of direction on the wine so I just ordered a white sampler and just asked for three dry varieties. The first one I tried (Collan) was not dry in my opinion. The Triple was drier but my favorite was the Fume. I really got hints of pinion in this final one and ordered another 5 oz. of it. We tried the avocado bruschetta to start. It was four big pieces of good bread but was more avocado toast than bruschetta. I would probably go with a different appetizer next time. We both tried the burgers. I went with the mushroom-gouda one. It was over done and not seasoned at all. The gouda was nice and gooey and the mushrooms were seasoned well. Fries were OK. The table next to us had a couple of the flatbreads and I would try those next time. Back to the service. It was OK but our server had a tendency to just show up at our table and just stand. I would come back to try more appetizers and a flight of their red offerings. I also want to know more about the winery. Maybe after the busy holidays.
