He had one of his guys here the next day and they climbed on the roof, showed me photos of the damage, and a couple of other things our roofer in 2010 never took care of. Jacob was fair with his pricing and promised to have someone out the following day once the rain had stopped. The next morning his crew showed up right on time and got to work. Four hours later my roof was fixed and in better condition than it was previously. All in all very easy experience and Jacob's workers are pleasant. They also left no mess! Highly recommend Jacob and his team to take care of your roofing needs (they do gutters, too!).

I had a valley behind my chimney as the house had been expanded at some point. I hired several roof companies thru the years to address chimney and roof leaks. Quick fixes did not solve the problem. Nick explained that the valley needed to be moved past the chimney and constructed a new roof line where needed. The chimney was power washed, repointed and waterproofed. It looks like a new chimney!! The valley is no longer behind the chimney. The price was reasonable for the work involved. The mason work and copper flashing install was done by a craftsman. Everything was put in writing and guaranteed. I highly recommend Supreme Roofing & Chimney.

They came when they said they would, called first, did a really fast and excellent job on our repairs and installation. I had also called them way back at the start of 2014 when we first saw that we needed work but didn't actually get around to hiring someone until now, November. They honored their January estimate. My only problem (and I admit it was my fault) was the end estimate was higher than they originally quoted because we needed fascia replaced. They did tell me that would be extra, and they told me the per foot price. I forgot about that "small detail" so when they gave me the bill I was surprised at the higher amount, but then they explained it to me and I remembered they did tell me that, so it was my bad. They did do extra work and/or gave me an aluminum cover for the replaced wood fascia and did not charge me the extra amount it would have been. LOVE IT!!!! Oh, and one other thing; they originally made a mistake on the color of the gutter and so had to return a second day with the proper color but of course did not charge me extra. This was a small and understandable mistake which they promptly made good on. The workers were fast, came when they said they would, worked quietly and very cleanly. No evidence anyone had been there (we had watched them work intermittently so of course we knew they were there!) because they cleaned everything up so well. Office staff, workers and Paul (the owner?) himself were very polite and nice. What a delightful change from most companies nowadays. Highly recommend them.

The guy came and said it was not the gutter, it looked like it might be the roof ( which is relatively new and in perfect condition) and said they would send someone who is a "roof" guy. The guy who came said the roof was fine, it was the gutters, but I then got an estimate online from the company with a price of $5500 to replace my roof! Meanwhile I called another gutter company I have used, and it turns out a builder who built a house next door to me a few years ago ran a pipe underground into my drain and all the water from that property is coming onto mind and flooding me out. After the service was performed I went to their website to pay by credit card (the charge for not having a credit card on file still applied). I entered my credit card info and submitted the payment. Their system showed it processing longer than you would expect for a payment to be applied. Finally their system said there was an unexpected error and asked me to try to pay again. Before doing that I checked my credit card account and there was a pending transaction from Ned's for the amount of the bill. Ned's had no record of my payment. I spent the next three days calling their office staff and sending them a copy of the credit card transaction from my bank. It was not a pleasant experience dealing with their staff. A representative offered me a "coupon" for my trouble and said it would be applied to my current bill. It sounded good but never came through. After 3 days the payment was finally applied to my invoice but there was no sign of a credit for the so-called coupon. I called them and another rep said it was applied to a credit card ending in "8174" however that is not my credit card as it doesn't end in those numbers. So if they actually issued a credit to a card ending in 8174, someone else got my money. They said they would investigate and get back to me but four days later nothing from them. They haven't called me back on the last two phone calls I made to them. I've seen some company responses here telling people to contact them at a support email address. Before writing this review, I sent them an email detailing the issues and the lack of the promised "coupon" credit. There was no response from them, not even an acknowledgment they would look into it. I give the actual gutter cleaning an "A" but the rest of the company an "F".
