From the ground he looked around and sent up a worker to the roof. He made small talk with me while the worker put some tar like material around the flashing. $250 charge. A year and half later it leaked again. He came and wash rinse repeat. $250 charge. The leak happened again shortly after. He told me he was charging yet another $250 before he would come. We decided to call another roofer that came and made some minor repairs at the skylight seams while stating that the previous repairs may have made things worse but cannot know for sure. He told me to watch it and call him after next major rain storm. No charge. The main problem was this Roofer does not get on the roof. He sends other workers up there that speak limited English and he did not honor his work if the leak is not repaired First time around.
