We purchase an expensive custom mirror for my Living room wall and the placed an order for a Dinning glass top. When they delivered the base had not been delivered yet so they said they would be back once delivered, so they placed it on the floor. When the Dinning table base came we tried to pick it up but it was way to heavy. I called the office and spoke to Ellie and asked if the could come and just help me place it on top. She said the owner refused to do it unless I paid him 400 dollars. Meanwhile I live two minutes from the store. I was extremely disappointed in their attitude and the fact that they wanted to charge me so much to finish the job. Went to the shop late Thursday morning to purchase a frameless shower door. An hour later my shower was measured and by the next Wednesday the door was installed. Where can you get a custom shower door that fast.? The two installers knew exactly what they were doing, they were courteous and neat. I could not ask for better experience. I ordered mirrors for my living room wall. It was 4 separate panels to cover the wall. The value of the mirrors was great. Everything else has been way more difficult than it needed to be. I would probably have been open to pay more if I could have had my job done by professionals. I will not be ordering from Eqwipt again, 1. Took about a month before they let me know when my order will be ready for installation. 2. I have a box for wifi that protrudes off the wall to be mirrored. I pointed it out when they came to measure/ I mentioned it again via email when they sent me the plans for approval (they were missing on the original plan). When they came to install - the last panel wasn't cut to include this box so they couldn't finish the job. 3. Their guys pulled this wifi box - which cut my service and I had to call the internet company to fix it after they left. 4. When I had to reschedule a slot for them to complete their job - there was no prioritization of timing for my inconvenience. 5. Before they came back for the last install - I called to make sure they would prepared with the tools they need make necessary adjustments. When they showed up - they were not prepared. 6. Because they weren't prepared - they had to push and squeeze cords out the way and cracked the corner of the mirror. This was solved by added a metal trim to hide the crack that I have to continually press down because the adhesive job on the trim was shotty. 7. They had to remove one of my outlets for the install - but put tape across the outlet behind the plate so I can't plug any outlets in. When I notified them of my issues - the was no apology/ discount on my order. They gave me a 2 year warranty on my mirror just incase the crack grows. read more

Equipt installed my shower glass and door a few years ago. The experience from quote to install was great. Called them a few years later about coming by to take a look at a seal and some minor things. They again were very responsive, setup an appointment very quickly and showed up, and did the maintenance work with no additional charge. One of the few places I have dealt with, that has such great customer service. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install or replace any shower or bath glass. read more

A great experience from start to finish. Juan was quick to return my request for information, happy to provide his licensing and insurance information and quoted a fair price for replacement of my outdated brass-framed shower door with a clear, frameless door. The first crew, which came out to take measurements, was respectful and precise, even putting on booties before they walked into my house. This crew pointed out that there was moisture behind several of the tiles in the shower door frame and Juan was kind enough to wait until my contractor was able to come out to remedy the problem. He declined any addition to my initial down payment, saying that he had no problem waiting to install the door for the balance of the payment. Like the first crew, the people who came in to install the door were respectful of me and my property. They were thorough and meticulous and answered all of my questions regarding maintenance and time before shower could be used.
