Rachel coordinated the work so we had the shortest downtime and the work was on time and on budget. Both of us would recommend Rachel anytime!

Robert did all the…read morework himself and did a great job, was very accommodating to our busy schedules (a lot of the work had to be done on weekends), flexible with adjusting what we wanted done, and the price was the best out of all the quotes we received! He got us a great deal on the granite we wanted and the cabinets he installed are high quality. We were also able to borrow a couple samples from his store when we were figuring out the colors and his wife helped up decide on a couple of things. He is very thorough and detailed, taking his time with cutting the tiles, etc. Great family business. I would hire Robert again to complete more work once we have more projects in mind.

We will start here for all projects related to kitchen, bath, and flooring!

She called for someone to assist me who promptly came but obviously was very disinterested in helping me. He seemed bored and offered few suggestions, just seemed to want to end the transaction. He asked pertinent questions and steered me to what I really needed ( not what I had picked with original guy) Kudos to Moses, he is awesome!

Everything needs to improve. They have workers that can barely speak English which make…read morecommunication hard as heck. They scheduled us for a floor installation that should have take two days but actually took two weeks to complete. They lied about the workers working on the weekends which they did not. We took off time from work for the two day scheduled time and thought whatever was not finished would be completed on the weekend. We was wrong, they didn't work on weekends and started mid morning and was ready to leave at 6pm due to a long drive. After complaining to the supervisor of Floor and Decor installation he gave excuses about why they didn't send out a full crew at the start of the project and switched up crews in the middle of the project. Our house was a mess for two weeks behind this nonsense. The tile work is good and they missed the place behind the water heater which the supervisor had to come in and finish. It was awful just awful. I can strongly recommend Floor and Decor for your tile selections but by no means should anyone use their installation service. It is the worst. They should just hire independent contractors that maybe more reliable. Never again will we use the installation services it isn't worth the headache.
