I'll write a separate review reserved specifically for Dr. Michelle at a later time after we leave the practice. This is coming from a mom who's kids have seen Dr. Pete since 2012, so 13 years. They are now young adults so we have a long history in this practice and Dr. Pete has been outstanding in the care of my children, from minor issues to very big issues both with their physical and mental health. He is responsive and attentive, his bedside manner is excellent and his diagnosis and care plans have always proven correct and effective. Best of all, my kids always felt safe and comfortable in his care, as he is warm and engages with them honestly. We've never had a negative experience with the front desk staff or billing department. Though my kids are aging-out as they go onto the next chapters in their lives, we will be forever grateful that we had Dr. Pete as their primary care pediatrician. He set a high standard for us!

The second visit the doctor was on vacation so had another doctor filling in. It took much longer than a expected and did not give a lot of confidence having to do something that simple five times. Save yourself the trouble; don't go to this doctor…read more I saw Dr. Burt a few months ago because I was dizzy constantly for a solid month. I was told it's just something that happens during allergy season or if I had bad cold. Was given some prescriptions and my dizziness went away! I was cured! Fast forward to a few weeks after when all the symptoms came back. Dr Burt told me that may happen and to just return when it did. I called... no answer. I called again, left a voicemail, nothing. I've called a minimum of 8 times and I've left 2 messages, no one has ever picked up or returned my calls. At my wits end, I called my primary doctor and got another ENT and immediately noticed a huge improvement. Dr. Burt simply looked at my ears and gave me a diagnosis. My new ENT scheduled a hearing test, along with a handful of other tests on my first visit where I was diagnosed with vestibular migraines. They've been so encouraging and helpful in my quest to get better. When I mentioned my previous ENT, by name, I was informed of how many other patients they had from Dr. Burt and how, essentially, he was only in business still because he's the only ENT in the area. It's now been at least 2-3 months since I've called and I have yet to even get a return phone call. You'd think a doctor's office that had no patients outside of myself when I visited would need to answer the phones.
