Last week I needed pan dulce and I found this place and man was it good! The customer service was great it was full but it was quick and the ladies were so nice and patient with me. The bread was so soft and moist you could tell it's freshly baked bread. Will definitely come back!

This is one of the best bakeries for pan dulce in the area. The bread is always fresh and reasonably priced. I've been to other places where the bread is stale, but not here--it's consistently soft and flavorful. The flavors are authentic, and the shop is always clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasure. I'm so glad to have this hidden gem nearby!

Nice little spot of the beaten path. Bakery case is filled with all the typical pastries. The staff was busy prepping additional goodies but all took the time to greet me when I walked in. All the items tasted fresh. May have to make this my bakery spot to gather the goodies.

They sell mini conchas and mini decorated donuts!!! They told me they make them every day but some to sell out quickly so be sure to order ahead of you need them for a special event. I got a good selection of items for my family and they all liked it. I got a mano, marranito, 2 empanadas, 10 mini conchas, campechana. Love the variety and how they looked freshly made. They do charge about a $4 fee if you use a credit card so keep that in mind. I paid cash BUT I believe the lady said they take cashapp too; I'm not 100% sure so don't take my word for it. Lady who assisted me was very nice & patient lol I had FaceTimed my mom & hubby to see what they wanted so I took my time. Will be coming back. We have a bakery closer to our home but they honestly always have stale items; we much preferred this place. Be advised that one of the streets nearby is currently under construction so if your gps flags you a different route, I suggest taking it.

Some of the bread we have left over after a run to Mayra's The pink bread is bigger that that the one in the photo, I cut it in half

Im so glad we have this bakery near by! Their bread is always fresh and they have a good variety of it. I grew up in a mexican household so after living outside of TX I cherish eating bread on Sundays like I did as a kid:) This bakery definitely has that mexican flavor. They have the bread behind glass counters so they attend to you and give you what you want. $20 gives you about 10-13 pieces or so, depends if you get filled or not, filled is more expensive of course. They also have cake squares, cupcakes, filled churros, and rollos de cajeta(rolled sponge cake w/ filling). My fave is the pink squared cake! So soft and delicious! They're open late too!

I forgot the exact flavors I got, but I remember trying pistachio, Dubai chocolate, and one other flavor. They were all really good. Since I was hungry, I also grabbed a chocolate croissant, which was delicious as well. I forgot to ask them to heat it up, but it was still very enjoyable. On the side, I tried their ice cream, and it was honestly some of the best ice cream I've had in San Antonio. I believe I got pistachio, taro, and coffee on the bottom, and they were all great. At the end, I also got Turkish coffee just out of curiosity. It's not in the picture because I purchased it after I finished my dessert. The coffee was very strong, with a unique flavor that made it fun to try. One small suggestion: the coffee was very very hot and nearly overflowed the small cup, so it might be helpful to add a "cup sleeve", use a slightly bigger cup, or offer an option to make it a bit cooler (adding an ice or two). Overall, this is definitely a cool place to hang out, especially if you enjoy sweets, coffee, and trying different flavors. Highly recommended and will be back for more!

There were very limited fresh selections available, and many items were still being baked during opening hours. In my opinion, a bakery should open with the shelves fully stocked and ready for customers, especially those of us stopping in early. The prices are reasonable, ranging from about $2.50-$4.00 for both sweet and savory pastries, but price doesn't make up for the lack of availability. I expected to have more options to choose from instead of empty or partially filled displays. For consistency in early morning breakfast items, I could have easily gone to Krispy Kreme, where you know exactly what you're getting when the doors open. That said, 85°C is convenient and their mango smoothies are great. Overall, it's a decent spot, but I wouldn't recommend going first thing in the morning if you're expecting a full pastry selection.

Everything was good & if I did have one near me I'd be 100lbs bigger from binging my favorite Japanese style pastries all the time. The selection here is unmatched.

The baked goods aren't on the menu, so when we walked by the counter filled with croissants, kouign amann, bear claws, apple pie, cheese cakes, it was hard to choose what we wanted!!
