I'm a new rider, they set me all up. Helped me secure bike on trailer, the transaction was so smooth. It was getting to be three weeks after I bought the bike and still had no title. My platoon sergeant was getting concerned and told me to get in the phone and call them. So I did. This was on July 30. They transferred me to April. She told me she accidentally ripped my title and had to order a new one. She had the new one on her desk that was getting put in the mail that day. Ok first how do you even accidentally rip a title? I had no reason to not believe she'd get it in the mail. I live in Lawton, 90 miles from maxeys. Two weeks had gone by and still no title. So I call back around Aug 13. Im put through to April again who swears she mailed it and mail from OKC to Lawton could take two weeks. LMAO who did she think she was kidding? I've sent mail thousands of miles away and the receiver got it faster than I did in another state. Aprils new plan was that if I don't have it by Aug 22 she order a new one and start the process over. Fast forward to yesterday. Ironically and interestingly enough the title came in the mail. Post marked 14 Aug. that tells me April was not truthful in when she sent that title out. I now have less than thirty days to get my bike registered...out of state. I bought a truck last year. Registered out of state. Didn't even come close to the risk of not being able to drive it because I got my title in a timely manner. Sales guys GREAT. April-Title person....horrible.

We stood outside for 20 mins till I went in and had to ask for help. Todd in finance is a nice personable man, polite and tried to help as much as he could. Mechanic came out and said "oh that must've happened when they brought these over here." Look, I don't know or cared how it happened.. I just know when someone buys something brand new it should not have a noticeable scratch on it and they assume you're okay w/ it. Our sales man hasn't even made a follow up call to see how things are going with it as you should do in sales. But you know who has called?!? Todd. Great employee and he should be running the place. After reading other reviews I guess I made a bad decision from purchasing here and won't again. I will take my business elsewhere.

I have to message or call them to get a status (or lack there of) update. Owner stated he did not care how his employees treated his customers. Didn't care about them charging for work that was not completed. Didn't care that they didn't address the issues. Nor does he need customers. I would look elsewhere. The issues with customer service obviously starts at the top. Matt you should be ashamed. BTW I have screenshots of how they treat their customers! Would give a negative review if I could. Matt you can make it right if you truely care about your customers and the offroad community.

So why did I change my 5 stars to 2 stars? After a pleasant call and working out a deal on the phone, I loaded up my trailer to pick up my purchase. Well, the deal changed by $149 and exceeded my limit. Kermit denied what he said on the phone. It wasn't really the money as much as the disrespect. I guess it makes a difference when the owner is not on site. In fairness he sent a text offering to accept a check for the original amount if I would come back. I already spent 3 hours on this, so I countered I would have a check ready if he delivered. No answer..... I'll include my original review from my previous visits below. Awesome Yanmar dealer.
