They did a good job in repairing my car but there are two things that really irritated me. The…read morefirst is that Martin Lee gave me an estimate of $1500 and said the actual price might be higher once he removed all the damaged parts and saw what needed to be replaced. That's fair but when he saw what needed to be replaced it was $1000 higher than the estimate bringing it up to $2500. He didn't ask me to approve this new price. He just did the work and told me what it was after the work was done. The other thing that really bothered me was that a medallion on my key fob was missing when my key fob was returned to me. Someone from the shop stole it.
