Couldn't agree more with others that 5-stars is nowhere near enough to tell others the incredible level of kindness, professionalism, knowledge, and caring you will find at Thomas Collision. Their team has incredible attention to detail and goes above and beyond in every aspect - one of their team even took the time to carefully remove the OSU emblem on my damaged tailgate and put it on the new one, and it was straighter than when I had done it. Another took time to clean my truck interior and got mu mats cleaner than I have ever been able to get them. Thomas' Collision fought for the needed repairs, and I cannot thank them enough for the MONTHS they put into the back-and-forth with my insurance company. More than $30k in repairs were done in a beyond timely manner, and the attention to detail and professionalism in every aspect of the repair is obvious. I dare say my Super Duty looks better than the day I bought it new. I will return without hesitation and recommend them to anyone and everyone.
