The dealership couldn't even get us in for at least a week, and their estimate was going to be at least twice what Cody charged us. Cody was great to work with--very responsive, honest, and knowledgeable. He clearly knows what he's doing and made the whole process easy and stress-free. We really appreciate the quick turnaround and fair pricing. We will definitely be using Carlon Auto Service again and highly recommend Cody to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic!

If I could give another star I would. My 3 children and I are visiting from Australia. We were…read moresupposed to pick up a truck my dad left in storage and after being dropped off by uber in an unfamiliar town with all our luggage, we discovered that not only would the truck not start, but it was a public holiday we knew nothing about. That didn't stop this amazing man from coming right out and helping us. When the truck wouldn't take a jump start he took the batteries to get us new ones. He also checked to make sure all the fluids were good and even helped me to move the motorcycle my brother had left in the way of the caravan we were supposed to be picking up. He gave my thirsty kids some water and powerade and genuinely seemed to care that we were well taken care of. It gives me peace of mind to know that a mechanic gave the truck a once over and said, "It looks pretty good." And I don't know how i could've possibly moved that motorcycle by myself. I am so grateful for businesses - for PEOPLE - like this who are available when you're really stuck.

Look. They wont blatenly screw you. But im not 100% sure they know what they are doing…read more My fuel pump died. They put in a new one. In doing so, they screwed up my gague for my gas tank, and i ran out of gas before my car started yelling at me. Also, there was an extremely strong odor of gas that i needed them to fix. The good news is they only charged me once. I went back to them multiple times to have them completely fix what was going on because my check engine light continued to turn on a few days after they fixed my car. The last time i was in, saying my engine light came on again and i still smell gas, im pretty sure they just turned off the check engine light and said they cant smell anything. Well my light turned on later, and the gas was noticable to my 7 year old daughter. So they did nothing. I decided to take it to a different shop. They said the gas smell was from a leak caused by a damaged gas tank. They suspect the tank was damaged from taking the fuel pump in and out. Aka. City express damaged my tank. So now im paying for it to be fixed.... again. Rest assured, i will pay extra to have my car towed exactly where i want it, and will not be going back here again. 2 stars because they were mostly nice (even if they seemed annoyed) and only charged me once.
