However they tore into the wiring harness, under the console, and told me the wires melted against the radiator hose. They said they needed to replace the wiring harness. The wiring harness is $900.00 plus labor. They charged me $300.00 and DID NOT FIX IT. I told them I would look at it myself. After checking several wires, and connections, and not finding the problem, I took it to Eurotek, a Triumph motorcycle dealership. They ran diagnostics, found it to be a chassis relay, and fixed it for $92.00!!! Tried to reason with the service manager later, and only got DOUBLE TALK.

I have traveled the country and have my own local dealer, but OKC Honda/Suzuki went to lengths that I have never experienced before. Their care, concern, empathy and offers to help in ways beyond their job descriptions floored me!! They gave me more than they will ever know and I will never forget their generosity and will sing their praises forever!! Thank you guys so very much!!!! I'd give them a five star review, but April...the woman that handles the titles ruined that…read moreopportunity. I bought my bike on 15 July. The sales team was great. I'm a new rider, they set me all up. Helped me secure bike on trailer, the transaction was so smooth. It was getting to be three weeks after I bought the bike and still had no title. My platoon sergeant was getting concerned and told me to get in the phone and call them. So I did. This was on July 30. They transferred me to April. She told me she accidentally ripped my title and had to order a new one. She had the new one on her desk that was getting put in the mail that day. Ok first how do you even accidentally rip a title? I had no reason to not believe she'd get it in the mail. I live in Lawton, 90 miles from maxeys. Two weeks had gone by and still no title. So I call back around Aug 13. Im put through to April again who swears she mailed it and mail from OKC to Lawton could take two weeks. LMAO who did she think she was kidding? I've sent mail thousands of miles away and the receiver got it faster than I did in another state. Aprils new plan was that if I don't have it by Aug 22 she order a new one and start the process over. Fast forward to yesterday. Ironically and interestingly enough the title came in the mail. Post marked 14 Aug. that tells me April was not truthful in when she sent that title out. I now have less than thirty days to get my bike registered...out of state. I bought a truck last year. Registered out of state. Didn't even come close to the risk of not being able to drive it because I got my title in a timely manner. Sales guys GREAT. April-Title person....horrible.

Mechanic came out and said "oh that must've happened when they brought these over here." Look, I don't know or cared how it happened.. I just know when someone buys something brand new it should not have a noticeable scratch on it and they assume you're okay w/ it. Our sales man hasn't even made a follow up call to see how things are going with it as you should do in sales. But you know who has called?!? Todd. Great employee and he should be running the place. After reading other reviews I guess I made a bad decision from purchasing here and won't again. I will take my business elsewhere.

Then they could suddenly have it in two days. Wow! Ajax/Sooner didn't treat him the same as their counterparts at the big name dealers. They were very patient and happy to help him find the bike he loved. Then, they went even further and sold him a bike with no drama and no bullshit. He loves his new Z.
