They have adopted the douchy practice of having to call for a price like car dealers. Which is funny because I'm still waiting on a call back for a price and it's been 1.5 years since making the call. read more

Took a RZR in for front wheel drive not working, and a light bar not working. They fixed the mouse chewed light bar wires. However they tore into the wiring harness, under the console, and told me the wires melted against the radiator hose. They said they needed to replace the wiring harness. The wiring harness is $900.00 plus labor. They charged me $300.00 and DID NOT FIX IT. I told them I would look at it myself. After checking several wires, and connections, and not finding the problem, I took it to Eurotek, a Triumph motorcycle dealership. They ran diagnostics, found it to be a chassis relay, and fixed it for $92.00!!! Tried to reason with the service manager later, and only got DOUBLE TALK. read more

You won't find a friendlier, more knowledgeable powersports shop anywhere, period. I have done business with everyone in Oklahoma and surrounding states, Phil's Cycle is absolutely the best! read more

Talked to them multiple times on the phone about trading my bike in on a new one. "We can do it, no problem." Called this morning and drove from OKC to El Reno only to be told they wouldn't do it even though my bike is in perfect condition just like I said it was and they even acknowledged it was. Don't waste your time or gas like I did, talked to multiple people that had the same experience. Take your business elsewhere! My best friend and I were going to buy two new wr250r's and now we'll be going somewhere else. read more

I've been doing business with Phil's Cycle for many years. I am a repeat customer because they earned my business, always been treated fairly by the whole staff. They have a huge selection of riding apparel from street bike to off road gear motorcycles, side by sides, sport and utility! Phil and his team do all they can to make sure you're taken care of. It doesn't matter if your buying a spark plug, getting a t-shirt, picking up all the necessary items to service your machine, trading your current machine in for a new one or having a custom bike/off road vehicle built. They do it all! You won't find a shop with a better bunch of people! Your satisfaction is their goal! read more

Wow I am completely amazed at Mathew L.'s review . I have been doing business with Phil for over 20 years and have always been treated very fairly and his service is second to none. How someone can expect a dealer to trade for a motorcycle over the phone as Mathew has stated is absurd anyone with common sense would know the dealer would have to inspect the bike and make sure it is in good condition before any trade in price is given. I would recommend Phils Cycle & ATV to anyone looking for a fair deal. read more

I don't know who Mathew L. is, but for the past 20 years I've had a completely different experience with Phil's Cycle. They have always been professional and courteous anytime I've been in their shop. I have traded multiple bikes and atv's with them and always felt like I was treated fairly. I would highly recommend them. read more

Been going to Phil's cycle in el reno for 20 plus years growing up. It's ran still today like the old mom and pops cycle shop's of yesterday's. Like how when you go in they don't have pushy sales men to breathe down your neck. They have more aftermarket side by side parts of any shop I have been in. read more
