Joe the service manager has done work on 2 bikes for me now and although I have moved to Little Rock I still travel to OKC to buy Indian motorcycles, parts and clothing and of course accessories. I also found several missing bolts and gas leaking after R&T. Not to mention the $800 rear wheel and fender that was damaged when the R& T used zip ties on the rear light he installed. I also found that R&T messed up my front forks when he supposedly changed my fork oil and springs. The seals he used were crap and only lasted about a month so everything had to be completely redone. Need the best shop in town? I recommend MOTIV Cycleworks as they were able to completely repair and in some instances upgrade the loom which was shredded beyond use by R&T. Do not used R&T unless you want terrible customer service and half-ass mechanic work.

I hired R&T to perform a pre purchase inspection on a used bike I was interested in buying. John at R&T said the bike looked great and was good to go besides needing a new rear tube, which was negligible to me. I purchased the bike and was billed $75 by R&T for their service. Soon after, I was surprised to find a bolt connecting the rear subframe to the frame was not only missing but the place on the frame for the bolt to be screwed in to was broken off meaning it needed to be repaired via welding. I headed back to R&T to find out how this was missed, when I showed John the picture he said "no worries, we will get this fixed for you. Drop the bike off whenever". Given this response, I was under the impression this repair was going to be done for free since they missed an obvious issue. When I came to pick up the bike, I was surprised to learn I was going to be charged $305 for fixing an issue I had already paid them to find. When I expressed my dismay, John became defensive and began to rattle off all the stuff he had looked at on the bike, but never would fully accept blame for missing an obvious issue. He said "the seller didn't mention this issue to him" which is the ENTIRE reason I had the bike looked at by a professional. Had I known about this issue before the purchase, I would have had leverage with the seller to negotiate the price down. Instead, I was told the bike was "good to go". I explained all of this to John, but he was unwilling to do anything other than take $50 off my bill, less than the price of the low quality inspection.

Especially when it comes to Ducati. There is a lack of coherent European motorcycle shops between St. Louis and Dallas. Eurotek is an Oasis and they are fantastic. Yes technically there are other places BUT! Why deal with unfriendly staff? Why deal with posers when you can talk to knowledgeable people who have actually done the work, done the research and have ridden the bikes. This is not a shiner bike shop for posers. They are extremely good people and friendly. I bought my Ducati through Eurotek a year ago and they have been cool as can be. What I thought would be a scary experience has been made a peaceful and cool experience and I'm not seeing the fabled Ducati tax. My Ducati Panagale V4 was cheaper to do my break-in work than it was to do my R7 from a different dealer in the area. Think about that. Call them and ask anyone about anything and they are all mega friendly and mega knowledgeable people. AND! As if that's not all they are the only bike shop that will actually give you a respectable trade-in value for a bike while the other dealerships act like Pawn shops. So it's actually worth calling them about your old bikes too because they won't insult you like "pawn stars" at the surrounding "dealerships." Eurotek stands out among the other Dealerships for hundreds of miles. I will drive right past 2 Ducati-authorized dealerships to deal with Eurotek. They are that friendly and the work is that much better. They are the ONLY dealership I would trust to install aftermarket parts on a European bike. The other authorized retailers may technically have the knowledge but I would consider yourself warned. Eurotek is the place to go. If you are looking to buy a Ducati this is the place to go because they actually know what they are talking about and represent the company much better that surround authorized dealer. Check em out.

I am glad I did! The bike was what I wanted. The paperwork was absolutely effortless. James and Alex in sales were no pressure, yet very attentive to my questions. The parts and service have also been great. I had a little issue with the bike (warranty work) and they worked with me to pick the bike up and deliver it back to me, which is really going above and beyond the normal scope of what a dealership does. After speaking to Mike he told us we could order a brand beer made to order Polaris for a $100 deposit!! We were warned they lead time could be months but we would get our side by side. We happily sat down with Mike and picked out our ride. After not hearing anything I called in October to check in and spoke to a super friendly guy that assured me our order was placed and they would could as soon as it was ready. He checked and Polaris had an estimated date of delivery. As our delivery date approached Mike reached out via phone & email to confirm we still wanted our Ranger. We were in touch A LOT when our Ranger was delivered and as Jones got it ready for pick up. Mike never seemed bothered by my husband's calls regarding aftermarket upgrades, trailer suggestions and arrangements for pick up. It was such a great experience from start to finish. Not only did they have the best prices around, but they also waited on me to arrive to pick them up. They were not mounted, which was a slight problem for me. However, they informed me that they had a dealership where we were headed, and that if I was able to have the set there, first thing in the morning, they would get it done for me. So, we showed up to Jones offroad & Marine in Afton at 8 AM the next morning, they start putting the wheels & tires together. We ran into a major issue; the wheels were marked wrong on the box from the manufacture. Wille at Jones Offroad & Marine called the owner and let him know the big issue, without hesitation the OWNER sends a guy from Jones to Grand Lake with the right wheels, has them put together and then brings them to us at our campsite that is well over 30 minutes from the Grand Lake store. Not only did Jones Offroad save our trip, but they also earned a lifelong customer that will send them business for anything offroad or marine related.
