Small shop but really nice owner - John. I have purchased a half dozen bikes from him over 20 years and always satisfied.

Both John and Andy made me feel at home and listened to me about my cycling goals and made recommendations.

This bike shop is absolutely stellar. My wife and I have frequented another bike shop for years but…read morethey didn't carry any bike models for our particular use case within our narrow price point. I was calling around to other shops to see what offerings were available and I was surprised to see this shop listed so close to us because I had never seen it before (they have no sign on the shop, it is just painted on the windows). One of the owners, Chad, answered my call and talked to me about some options I might consider. He was very kind and took several minutes answering my questions. When we visited the shop, we were able to continue our conversation right where we left off. Chad spent a great amount of time talking through specifics and asking a lot of questions about our use cases. We talked about places we ride locally and places we ride when we travel. He would always ask how much detail we wanted in answers to questions and would very patiently break down every facet on every bike we asked about with no signs of hurry or being rushed. When we finally settled on a model, they didn't have any on hand but they ordered them for us on a reasonable down payment. I also want to highlight the fact that he was perfectly fine with us thinking on it and coming back, there was no pressure to purchase that day. When the bikes came in, we scheduled a time for a fitting. Sarah, the other owner, took time adjusting every bit of the bike fit to our exact specs and Chad spent a great deal of time working on our suspension while also talking us through how to make adjustments on our own. Their attention to detail was incredible and they even took time to cut handlebars and find a more suitable saddle for my wife during her fitting. On our first outing on the new bikes, I made a silly mistake and kinked my dropper post cable. When I brought it back to the shop the next day, the mechanic Andrew dropped what he was doing and fixed it while I was there. Every interaction with the staff here has been amazing. They are genuinely good humans who love bikes and care about their customers. I cannot recommend them enough.

They were able to use the existing break line for the repair, saving me from having to buy a new line, and had it back to me the next business day. When I got my bike back, it was spotless. Not only did they fix my issue, they cleaned and maintained my bike free of charge. That's all great, but my favorite thing about the shop is the atmosphere. The workers always seem enthusiastic about answering my cycling questions, regardless of whether I end up buying something or not. I truly cannot recommend Neighborhood Bicycles enough!!

I had an issue with my bike when I took it to get serviced from them and it turned out to be an honest mistake from the get go, however Ryne the manager personally reached out to me right away and not only took responsibility but went out of his way to fix the issue. I have never been more impressed with a leader and his team like they have at this location. From the quality and quantity of knowledge about biking to there genuine desire to treat me well. The quality of bikes and the best service not from just a bike shop but from any business I have ever received not only am I going to recommend it to family and friends but I will be a customer for life. I'm also going to go out of my way to write reviews on google and yelp so others can experience true service. Thank you for this level of dedication to your craft.

The staff is very helpful and were able to a assist me promptly. They inspected it before getting my information to make sure that was all that was needed. Since they were a little booked up, it was done in a few days. I received a text message and an email with an invoice when it was ready for pick up. They are not open on Mondays, but I was able to pick up after work on Tuesday. It's nice that they're open later in the evening than the other shops. I highly recommend this shop for repair and they have a nice selection of bikes available to purchase including electric bikes & accessories.

These bikes are super basic, with very high electric boost. Brakes are only ok, tires are super inflated and very harsh on any bumps. Overall OK but next time I'll try one of the Uber bikes, no idea if they are any better or worse. I paid $12 for a few hours, seems cheap. I really like how you can re-lock it in various places to tour downtown and keep the bike.

It's like San Antonio and Omaha had a one night stand and OKC is their little live child. You can bike to Brick Town check out the canals, the beautiful memorial for the bombing in the 90's, catch a Dodgers minor league game, Thunder of course, mid town restaurants and bars, and some decent bike paths throughout the city. The downtown architecture is amazing, and some old neighborhoods are getting total makeovers. I like to peruse through these type of areas. Pretty cool! Even had a little mechanical mishap and things were handled in an efficient manor from the business manager Josh. There are 3 speed docking bikes as well as 8 speed fat tire bikes with locks...and word on the street is ebikes in the near future.

I used their bike on the history tour but brought my bike on the Halloween/Haunted House tour Their bikes are a great and comfy hybrid style with lights and bells; all of the needed safety items. They also offered helmets if you don't bring your own. As a cyclist I totally recommend some light fingerless gloves in case of a fall, because sometimes falls happen... even when stationary Their knowledge of edificial architecture and history with the State's growth and economy during the formative years was impressive. I really enjoyed the format with riding and listening to music, chatting with other bikers, and interacting with other -estrians and motorists The halloween/haunted house tour was so fun. The weather was so beautiful this night. It wasn't a typical end of October night where it's usually super cold or the first freeze for the end of the year. The tour guide knew all of the spooky stories. Oklahoma unfortunately has a sordid history with its establishment and economic development, so I am sure there are many stories that can be added to this event as the years go on and stories come to light I look forward to a brewery tour and other riding events, but I think this is a great activity for anyone and undoubtedly so for a group
