Did the job but had terrible customer service! overall not the best experience would recommend going elsewhere for you're business!

I went to this place with a blow out. And expected all I needed was an inner tube well,... I needed a new tire as well and even though these guys were low on inventory, they still managed to make things work out for the best. Sheridan and his crew are the absolute best. During the pandemic, my wife and I got into mountain biking and he fixed up our junky hand-me-down department store bikes without any sign of judgment. When we mentioned that we had gotten some comments at the trails on what we were riding he said something to the effect of, "You're out there. You're doing it!" which was really encouraging to hear. When we took the plunge to buy "real" mountain bikes, it was at the peak of the bike shortage. My wife got their last in-stock bike and I was having a hard time finding one in my size at any retailer. A week or so later, they called me because they found a bike in my size from one of their brands and offered to order it for me. This was completely unprompted, that is just how much they care about their customers. Since then, we have taken our bikes to be serviced as needed and they have always gone above and beyond with service. They are honest, affordable, and kind. Give them a visit and you will not be disappointed! read more

This is the worst place to go for anything related to bikes. The employee , Sheridan does not have any customer experience and is completely rude. I wouldn't recommend going to this place unless you feel like ruining your day. read more

I love celestial cycles! I've bought two bikes there. One mountain and one gravel, both Jamis. When you purchase a bike from there a yearly tune up is included and they usually turn it around in a couple of days. I had an issue with my crank on my gravel bike and they replaced it with a better crank, free of charge. Sheridan and Sam have always been happy to help me, even when I'm just stopping by to kill time. Highly recommend to beginner and advanced riders. read more

Wow! I am very impressed and very thankful for the work that celestial cycles did on my bike. From the first time I called them their energy and enthusiasm gave me confidence that my bike was going to be in great hands! I took my XTC giant to them in pretty rough condition. The bike had been donated to me and I rode it frequently without doing any maintenance work on it for 3 or 4 years. I brought my bike in to have the regular maintenance done on it and they were very upfront about the price and how much it would be for new tubes. I left my bike with them on a Friday and then on Monday I got a call that my tires were brittle and were scratching up my tubes/ causing flats & needed to be replaced. They informed me about my options and what would be good for my bike given how I planned on using it. Later that evening I went and picked it up! The bike looks 10x better than when I brought it in. When I went to pick it up they were once again super friendly and very thankful that I brought my bike it. They even told me when would be a good time this week to go ride. Needless to say - extremely friendly staff, very detailed work, fair price! I will definitely be using these guys more. read more

I contacted this shop about having a carbon-rimmed wheel repaired after a crash. I spoke with the owner,Sheridan, who seemed enthusiatic about fixing the wheel. He requested I send photos and serial numbers of the damaged wheel and said he would contact the manufacturer. However, he neither acknowledged my texts nor returned my calls. When I finally spoke to him after a week, he said he was "waiting for a reply from the manufacturer."It is now 2 weeks later and stll no response;ironic, as I finally e-mailed the manufacturer and received a response over-night! I went in to see if an adjustment could be made on my bike. The guy shot some WD 40 in my shifter, handed me my bike back and charged me 10 bucks. It took about a minute of his time. No problem, I think these guys need to make a living too. But he could have just as easily told me "squirt here and that will fix it". Then the next time I went in to ask a mechanical question. My son had bought a very expensive fork, then cut the the steering tube too short. I thought that perhaps the steering tube could be pressed out and a new one installed, so i told him I'd take it to a shop to see if it could be fixed. The guy said it can not be repaired. I asked if he thought machine shop could press it out and press in a new one. "Well number one, you'd have to take it to a machine shop and you can't afford that, and number two, when it doesn't work and you end up suing someone, see how that works out for you". WTF? I may have a few problems, but money isn't one of them. This blow hard chucklehead has no idea what I can or cannot afford. If it won't work, then fine, it won't work. I just wanted to know if it could be repaired, not if I could set someone up for a lawsuit. I don't need that line of BS. Screw this place. I won't be going back... Btw, I went to another shop and they ordered the upper assembly, no problem. Soon we'll have it fixed and installed. Easy Peasy. read more
