Always a good time and experience being able to work with these guys. The gals are always friendly and willing to try to help and give suggestions. We purchased with Sean when he was the manager. It's a shame that they let him go since he made our purchasing experience a great one. My husband is very picky and a good negotiator, so he was there a while with my daughter trying to make a deal. It took me less than five minutes to figure out this is the only experience with a dealership I've enjoyed. Unfortunately, I didn't find the right bike. However, I am certain I'll find one from them, and it stands to reason I'll have it serviced there. For context... I own a classic Porsche 911, and it's safe to say I'd rather walk for a week than deal with their pretentious stealer-ships. Their average salesman know less about their own cars than I do, but always treats me like an imposter. Meanwhile, it was readily apparent that Iron Nations, Jenifer has forgotten more about bikes than I've learned driving them across three continents. However, their rep was not pretentious. She just knows her shit. Furthermore, she didn't push me to buy something I wouldn't love. She asked me what I was looking for when I walked in and explained that they didn't have in their shop. If that isn't a compelling reason to check out their dealership I'd wager you've never bought a new, or used vehicle. If you read this and currently own a Fatboy, please trade it in (there) for a new bike. read more

So , I was down in Oklahoma from California to visit my daughter and thought I'd stop in at iron nation HD . I walked in and the woman at the front desk was extremely helpful, loved it and she helped me to the point to Where she found me some good deals on jackets ,shirts and hats . Now as far as the salesman go , can't say the same for them . The guy who I thought was supposed to be the salesman never looked my way . Now I'm not sure if it was that I looked like I couldn't afford a bike or it was that he was so deeply engaged in his conversation that he had no time to see if this man wanted to purchase a new bike . . However I still would recommend the store based on the two women who helped me . The third woman who was, I'm assuming a saleswoman acted as if she did not have the time of day to answer a question me and one of the accessory ladies who helped me wanted to know . She was too busy chasing a customer who clearly wasn't going to buy but I do understand the hustle and how they work on commission . Had I got some assistance on a bike I may have bought one,just so you know iron nation , you more than likely missed a sale that day . But I still dropped $$500 for the great customer service from the ladies that I received. I already own two bikes . 2016 CVO and 2007 Road king so I'm sure that when they see the pictures I put up the people will remember the face who they let walk out of their store and who may have dropped another 30-40k that day on a bike . Never judge a book by its cover iron nation salesman man . But I want to thank the ladies again who assisted me because had they not , I would have not spent anything.. I came here looking to buy a new bike because I have been buying them off of Craigslist. Decided, 'hey I'll go to a dealer and get a brand new one with no inherited problems.' So I went in and saw their nice collection. The bike I had in mind was the 883. Talk to the sales representative Monty who drew me over to a used 883 on the lot. Asked if a test ride was optional and he stated that it was. So I gave him my drivers license, signed a relapse against suing due to any mishaps and we rode around the block. Well we get back and bullshit around for a minute when I noticed this document on the table stating $149.99 ($150 round up) and asked him about it. He said that was the document fee. Document fee? Supposedly they charge you for running your license and checking your credit score (which, by law is free). I asked why he wasn't honest with me upfront about this fee I had to apparently pay. He stumbled around and mumble out some petty excuse. He eventually said that was fees that were to be factored into the overall price. This Monty, who claimed prior earlier in our conversation to be a teacher during normal school days, absolutely made my head spin. This guy who represents teachers was not honest with me up front? What a disgrace to a noble profession. Going to a dealer was my first mistake. Trusting this snake-oil salesman is my second. This left a bad first impression on me that I do not figure if I will ever buy a Harley Davidson. I'll just stick with the numerous other companies instead like Enfield, Triumph, Indian and Honda. Just be aware of the hidden fees and the honesty that lacks at this supposedly professional institution. As for me I'll will be circumventing the dealership and remain purchasing bikes off of Craigslist. read more

My recent interest in Iron Nation Harley came approximately five weeks ago when I had interest in a pre-owned Road King in their inventory and was instructed that this bike had been sold the day before. Salesman was a nice guy who stated he was a school teacher during the week - he made a good impression on me. After weighing the options between pre-owned and new, I decided I would stop in and discuss the purchase of a new Road Glide (dream bike) approximately two weeks later after I returned from out of town with my job. This was a different salesman (nice guy, older, with grey ponytail). Presented my case and stated I would like to digest the info for a couple of weeks while on overseas business (I was leaving town the next day). Within five days, I initiated an overseas call (which in itself was very expensive and should have been an indication of my serious nature) to discuss the details and stated I was coming in early and would like to visit with him (purchase a bike) and verbally asked him to make some notes on our conversation. Three days later, I show up (as stated) and had to remind him who I was and our discussions about the Road Glide Special! While standing over a Black Glide Special on the floor, I asked if they had or could get me the Superior Blue at which time I was told "nope, no blues left in the state." With a minimal time lapse of silence, I asked what the other store might have (1-40/Rockwell) other than Black of which his response to me was "I dunno, I have to go take a piss..." We were facing each other in front of the Black Glide Special and he brushed against my shoulder as he proceeded to walk to the bathroom? Needless to say I was shocked and speechless. In deference to this person, I patiently stood there and waited for him to return so we could proceed with the conversation about a Superior Blue Road Glide Special (I was prepared to order and wait for this bike as he said none were left in OK in this color). When he finally came out of the bathroom, he walked right by me, sat down at his desk, and began a small talk conversation with another co-worker. As a gentleman I was taught not to make a scene or draw unnecessary negative attention to oneself, so I quietly walked out of the showroom with not one employee of this store asking if they could help in any manner! The next morning (Thursday, August 27th), I took my enclosed trailer to Tulsa where I purchased a brand new Road Glide Special (Superior Blue) from Myers-Duren Harley. I would have loved to have this transaction in my own hometown of Edmond, but sadly the team at Iron Nation lost a premium bike sale because they gave me the impression that they did not value me as a customer. UPDATE: I've had my new Glide for a few weeks now and stopped by Iron Nation earlier today to discuss servicing my bike in the future. Being a Monday the service dept was closed, and I was visiting with the guy at the parts counter (really nice guy). There was a young woman in the sales office and as I was attempting to ask her a question, she too quickly blew me off as I was wasting her time (my impression)? In my second attempt to initiate an opportunity between myself and Iron Nation, I was once again given the impression that I was not welcome. In closing, there are endless opportunities that are being missed in this scenario as I will also be purchasing a lot of cool upgrades for my new bike, most certainly will be spending a lot of money on other accessories (leathers, etc) not to mention all of the money that the service dept will miss due to the failures of the sales staff. Ultimately this is a management problem that begins and ends at the top and hopefully my criticisms will be reviewed constructively. I don't wish Iron Nation any harm, in fact I'd really like to find a way to bridge the gap so I can feel comfortable about spending money in Edmond instead of taking it somewhere else. Phil was helpful and polite. He answered every question. He had great knowledge about the new 2014 bikes. This has been the first dealership that gave us a bell and sent us cookies. We have bought 5 other bikes before purchasing the 2014 Ultra Classic. The Parts Manager, Mark, was also great about helping us look at options that we may want to add to the bike. Overall, the best dealership that we have purchased from. ( and we have bought from 3 others). I would highly recommend this Harley dealership in Edmond, Oklahoma. read more
