While the service department crew, the finance guy who took our check, and the delivery guy were all rock solid--truly five-star individuals--the sales team was a different story. It turns out that unless the inventory is inside the showroom, it's stored out back in the open without any cover, and some vehicles even lack roofs. Who knows how long they've been sitting outside getting soaked. As someone who takes excellent care of their equipment, I was shocked by this lack of care. When we arrived, we were shown a machine that looked wrecked and were told it was likely being used for parts. We insisted we did NOT want that machine and were assured they had another one in inventory. However, after paying the full purchase price upfront, we were sent a picture of our machine in progress. To our dismay, it was the same one we had specifically declined. We were then told that the other machine had been "transferred to another store." Conveniently, the machine we saw outside was now being "cleaned up" and getting a light bar installed. Upon delivery, we found a couple of rust spots on the frame and noticed that they had used an absurd amount of Armor All to cover any signs of wear. If they had thought to replace the soaked manuals in the glove box, they might have succeeded in covering up the truth. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience. Buyer beware.

It's been great, but holy cow, fixing it is not easy in a small town…read more We took it to the Yamaha place on 6th to get the tires changed, and it cost $200 and took two weeks. So when he wrecked the scooter and needed a new side signal, the horn fixed, and new brakes, we were terrified of the cost. A friend recommended this place, and even though they don't usually work on Yamahas, they did the work. They finished three days after the parts came in and 25% under the estimated cost! The mechanic was great about explaining what was done. We will always go here for maintenance in the future.

They didn't have exactly what I wanted but after talking to his manager, We decided on a model and he gave me a 'good deal' because they didn't have exactly what I wanted. Bought the unit and had it loaded. I then remembered that I forgot to ask about the online discounts that Honda was offering. Found out that that was part of the good deal that I got. So he really didn't give me a discount he just applied the discount that I would get it anyway. I attempted to return the unit and got quite a bit of pushback. He wanted to make up for it he wanted to give me a better deal he wanted to give me a winch. I explained that he had his chance and I told him upfront that I did not like being taken advantage of. After threatening to sue they finally agreed to turn up the contract and take the unit back. I promptly went to the Polaris dealer and bought a unit from them and am very happy that I did so. Their team and owners have been great

Ellen is awesome. She was very conscientious and very fair. They had both bikes running in one day and we were able to use the bikes on the farm before we left town. Her husband and every employee we met were very friendly and kind. They gave great service to a couple of out of towners.

Hell the Harley dealership in Saint Joe Missouri is a lot better stocked in this place and that's a stretch. Called about a lens cover for a light something it should be stocked but it's not, there's no excuse for that. A simple white cover. The stand obviously did not function properly. I called & spoke to Tod who was very professional & understood the situation. He sent me an RMA & a checklist of measurements I would have to take to see if they could accommodate the RGU's configuration. I emailed the measurement with pictures & sent the stand back. I received and email from Jeff Yerby (who at the time had left for Daytona Bike Week) letting me know that they would do what they could to make sure I was happy with the stand. It took a few days for UPS to deliver the returned stand an they sent the lowered replacement out to me UPS within 2 hours!!! I just got the stand & installed it in 5 minutes. IT WORKS EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED! Sturdy, stable & very well constructed. This company is TOP NOTCH and the owner Jeff is a man of his word. It is GREAT to do business with someone who not only stands behind his product BUT HIS WORD ALSO! Thank you for the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
