I ordered an EZ-UP center stand for my 2016 Road Glide Ultra last week and they shipped the SAME DAY, UNFORTUNATELY I did know that the previous owner had put in 12" adjustable shocks from a Street Glide in the bike. The stand obviously did not function properly. I called & spoke to Tod who was very professional & understood the situation. He sent me an RMA & a checklist of measurements I would have to take to see if they could accommodate the RGU's configuration. I emailed the measurement with pictures & sent the stand back. I received and email from Jeff Yerby (who at the time had left for Daytona Bike Week) letting me know that they would do what they could to make sure I was happy with the stand. It took a few days for UPS to deliver the returned stand an they sent the lowered replacement out to me UPS within 2 hours!!! I just got the stand & installed it in 5 minutes. IT WORKS EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED! Sturdy, stable & very well constructed. This company is TOP NOTCH and the owner Jeff is a man of his word. Wheeldock - Lowered RGU on a Wheeldock EZ UP! - Motorcycle Dealers Near Me - Stillwater, Oklahoma

Purchased an EZ-up for a stock 2000 Electra Glide. Received the stand and it did not fit/function correctly. After a week of going back and forth with emails, I was told to ship it back at my cost and they would ship out a replacement. It seems there is such a minor tolerance for the bike height to stand in order to function correctly that a 1/4" difference makes it unusable??? Poor customer service. Poor performance of the product. Locating nuts had washers glued on which came apart during installation. I expected better quality after what I had seen elsewhere for reviews on the stand. Fortunately I have resources to correct and fabricate the deficiencies on the stand to make it work correctly for my bike. Be aware of fitment issues and poor customer service when addressing any issues. Might be better off buying the lower priced stand and expect to have to make adjustments rather than spending top dollar only to have the same problems. read more
