I know enough to be dangerous, and I changed an ignition coil based on the scanner that I borrowed at Autozone. Also, the AC wasn't blowing cold air, so I used a DYI freon can, which I'll never do again because it doesn't work. My son took the truck to F******** in Stillwater against my instructions. F******** said that the AC compressor was bad, and it needed a new ignition coil connector -- total almost $500. I sensed a con, so after threatening the manager at F********, I got the truck out of hostage. I instructed my son to take the truck to Triple H. I had spoken with Telena (whom I think directs traffic and runs things) 3 times on the phone, and she promised to do her best to have the truck ready in time for the all important road trip. I basically gave them a blank check telling them that whatever they find, I trust them. Guess what...the AC only needed servicing and the connector to the ignition coil (that I installed) just needed a little "jiggle" For that portion, they charged me $5. That's not a misprint...$5 as in 500 cents. The AC service cost around $60. Hmmm....Triple H = $70, F******** = almost $500. My son has 3 more years at Stillwater...wish I could say customer for life, but certainly for 3 years. All future parents...have your Cowboys take their cars to Triple H...ask for Telena!

Was given a quote of $1300 this time as I was advised the part costs $860I called LKQ immediately after leaving there office and discovered the part only costs $320. He advised the labor would be around $500. I contacted BBB due to his unfair pricing and was advised to refuse payment unless he produced a receipt. After asking for a receipt for the part, Ronnie stated, I don't have a receipt, we paid via credit card. Needless to say it's 2025, this guy is a crook and takes advantage of people who don't look into his antics. BEWARE of this place to say the least. I will never go back to him regardless. Over $3000 for two after market parts that didn't total $700.

However, the overall service was very unprofessional, including getting our vehicle stuck in their own yard while they were trying to release it. My biggest complaint is for the over charging on the after hours fees. The state website list the fees as 19.95 per 15 minutes. However, we were charged a flat 120.00, and they were already at the shop working (it was a Saturday which they can charge for), and they were bringing in other vehicles. Our vehicle was picked up at approximately 1300 hours, and my wife and daughter were there getting the car at approximately 1400 hours. Therefore, I am unable to see how they spent more than 15 minutes "dealing" with our vehicle after hours. Furthermore, there is no documentation of the time they spent. When I asked the employees why they charged 120.00, all they said was that that's their standard afterhours fees. Per state regulations they have to document the time on the invoice spent for the afterhours fees, and there was no documentation. I followed up with several calls trying to speak to the owner, and I never got a returned call.

It started to get dark and was very cold and rainy. No one local responded to a roadside assistance bidding call. These people drove quite a distance to get to me, and were 100% kind and gracious. They were professional and knowledgeable, but more than that, they clearly viewed me as a person more than just a job. They were down-to-earth, warm, calm, and capable, and they tried various things until the situation was resolved. Then at the end, they didn't rush away instantly but followed through and ensured I was safely on my way. Highly recommended.

I was in a very unsafe position on an extremely busy State Highway and unfortunately because of the time at night it was I was told it would be a very long wait close to 1 and 1/2 hours. The driver realizing that the area that I was in was in fact very dangerous. Got to me sooner than expected. I am extremely grateful for that, because the whole time I was sitting there I was just waiting for the first careless or drunk driver to hit my non-moving vehicle and literally kill me. And no there was no safe place to stand outside the vehicle. The driver was a very cheerful, considerate and intelligent person. He informed me on the proper way to tow my vehicle, which I didn't realize there was a proper way to tow my vehicle. He kept the conversation upbeat and cheerful, which is a very good thing and a high stress situation and trying to figure out how you're going to get a particular vehicle repaired. If you can't do it, yourself is very stressful. Also, he could see that I was overheated and offered me cold water which I find extremely unique as no other tow truck driver has had that much consideration for me and I am an older woman. Just a side thought, I am very thankful that I pay for the roadside hazard insurance. I believe on my insurance it cost me an extra $12 a year and considering that an average tow bill can run into the hundreds I believe that that is money well spent.
