Had to go thru several Live agents to assist me in a unsuccessful result of getting service. All Agents were great except for one, who just hung up on me because he didn't quite understand why I was asking to escalate (as previous Agent had advised to do). Service was great for a little over a month, then it went to crap. I couldn't place/get any calls, texts, data. I only discovered I was having issues when I got a random full of voicemails at 3:30am that were left days before... Service worked at 3:30 am. Then when I tried making calls/sending texts I would get message "Your phone's not registered on a network, so you can only make emergency calls" or trying to send Text message, I get "Unable to send this message. Your device is not connected to a mobile network. Connect to Wi-Fi network and try again". Live representatives (x7) had me troubleshoot by resetting Network, APN, Connections, etc. NOTHING worked. So, I requested a replacement SIM. That worked for about 3 hours. Now, it's random at best to get service and that's me resetting network each time. I was able to place ONE call today before service was not available. I haven't moved/changed anything since I purchased phone thru Mint and started service. Yet, I'm stuck with a plan & phone I paid for and cannot even get phone replaced as that would be the next logical step..? But, Mint has not responded to my request. Plus their requirement to send back phone needs to be in original packaging... Who saves that after a month? So now I am stuck with getting another service provider and possibly having to buy a new phone. VERY UNHAPPY...as I don't have money growing out of my ass. i'm early retired due to medical and need phone service to survive... No help or compassion from MINT! I received a gift card for my birthday. I got the $195 package. The main reason why I wanted my car cleaned is because I have a Rottweiler who has left his dog smell lingering in my car. I have tried an ozone machine, vacuuming out the car, and a few other things. After about 2-3 days, the car would begin to smell like dog. My dog had also left drool marks/ slobber marks on the sides of the front seat head rests. They have been stained and I have been unable to get them out. After hiring mint mobile, Christian R. Came out to service my vehicle. He did a great job. He was a nice guy. Real down to earth. He let me know that the dog smell is one of the harder things to get out of the vehicle. He informed me of other things I could try to get the dog smell out and the stains out IF after all the cleaning he does didn't help. HOWEVER. It has been 5 days since he cleaned my car and I am not able to smell any dog smells! Thank you! With the slobber/ drool on the head rests, he got most of it out and there is only an ever so slightly faint sight of it. It was MUCH better than when I had tried to detail my car myself to get the stains/ smells out. Overall cost was pretty good for the quality of work. I have never really left reviews for places but I was so impressed with this company and the service that I felt compelled to. This company is amazing and they do a fantastic job! They were very professional and pleasant from the call scheduling to the 2 that came out and worked on my car. I have 4 kids, and my car definitely showed this. The back was just destroyed and stained and it was just depressing. I have never had a car detailed but thought I would try it out, and my husband wasn't to thrilled to do this but went along with it. After they were done I was so impressed with the work and how every detail was addressed. It almost is as good as the day we bought this car! And the best part is my husband, who was so skeptical, now has an Appt for his truck to get detailed next week!!!!!!!! So I am not a car person. My car is my own personal niche. With that being said, it can get a little icky. I got a gift card from my boyfriend to get my car detailed. When I called to schedule a time to get my car cleaned, they were very nice over the phone. They told me to make sure I "washed" off my car before the detail which I thought was strange until they told me that they do a waterless clean on the exterior. This is to make sure any dirt on the car doesn't scratch the paint. HOLY SMOKES. I almost thought they just brought a different car to my place of work(you read that right, they detailed my car while I was working). The interior was immaculate. I was a little skeptical about the exterior when they said they did a waterless clean, but wow, talk about a mirror finish. My boyfriend was extremely impressed and scheduled a detail as soon as I got home and he saw my car. read more
