In all honesty, I am hesitant with any service that has the ability to charge large sums of money when they know you need them most. However, the company was quick to respond, very polite in both person and over the phone, quick with their assessment and fix to my car, and did not attempt to find a means of overcharging me for services. I also appreciate their detailed report of my car and additional fixes or changes I could make if I desired. I didn't feel pressure into fixing or doing anything I didn't want to. Overall, really good experience. I am happy to recommend them as long as they stay consistent with this level of service.

They had my car for 2 days and did all they could do to fix the CEL. However, BMW was not supportive in supplementing information on how to fix their specialty issue. I called/ they called me 7 times over 2 days with updates and I spoke to Tammy, and a couple of guys and they were all so helpful. They really wanted to help and eager to but sadly it did not work out. I picked up my car and they comped the diagnostic fee for the trouble. They were super nice and helpful. As far as my situation- Carmax is sending my car to a BMW dealership next at their expense.

The owner called me back after I spoke with the manager we had trusted in the past and he notified the owner to return my call. The owner only wanted to defend their outrageous profit margins rather than apologize for losing our trusted business. Was only willing to refund some of my money if I agreed to come look at something he wanted me to see on their computer. Was also quoted $800 something to replace tire pressure sensors which I declined and had them replaced elsewhere for $45/tire for a total of $180 including parts and labor.
