But the finished floors were the star of the show! The floors look new. Not repaired, not improved - NEW. Three months and many emails and phone calls later, I still don't have a faucet. I called LYNX directly, and they will gladly replace it as soon as I send proof of purchase. I asked Chatham Refinishing for a receipt that included the faucet, and I still haven't received it. This is the most frustrating company I have ever dealt with. Do not be fooled by the congenial demeanor of the owner, his mother, or anyone else there. It's a very expensive lesson to learn.
