I am disappointed i need to write this. My goal is to have the store do the right thing…read more I've spent over $10,000 at Paine's Patio in Bourne, MA, over the past two years, so I expected the quality and customer service to reflect that investment. Unfortunately, the cushions are now coming apart at the seams due to what appears to be seam slippage or separation--not fabric failure. The manufacturer's explanation states that seam separation can result from an insufficient seam allowance. Industry standards require a minimum 1/2-inch seam allowance along cushion and pillow seams. If that allowance is missing, the seams can separate over time. Based on this information, the problem appears to be a manufacturing defect rather than normal wear and tear or a failure of the fabric. I'm disappointed that furniture purchased at this price point is experiencing this issue so soon. I hope Paine's Patio will take responsibility, work with the manufacturer, and provide a fair resolution to customers who have made a significant investment in their products.

The owner, Dayanny, and my salesperson, Bruna, were fantastic to work with. Communication was excellent. I always received a very fast response to my texts or phone calls. I thought client service like this was a thing of the past but Amazon Granite proved that in today's world excellent and responsive client service still exists with their company! Dayanny and Bruna both helped me choose a granite that blended well with my existing kitchen counters. In fact, I did not think I could get the same granite as I had but they found almost the exact match for me. My counter measurement for their template was scheduled so quickly that I was amazed. The granite installation by Juliano and his helpers was efficient and perfect. I thought their pricing was very reasonable. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. I love my new granite counter and I would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend to others.

He highly recommended I contact them because they do beautiful work and they price their work very fairly. I called them and Lew in the office was extremely helpful in answering my many questions - Never rushed me and made sure all my questions were answered. Even though I live in Boston, I decided maybe it was worth the 30 min drive, at least for an estimate. I couldn't be happier that I did - Jeff and Nancy Lord, the owners, were incredibly friendly and helpful, and took lots of time with me discussing the various options for covering my chair. I had previously found fabric at a fabric store, and they had no problem at all with my using my own fabric rather than having me order from their many sample books. When Jeff gave me the estimate for the labor I was very pleasantly surprised, and did not feel a need to get a 2nd estimate elsewhere (which is very unlike me!). I left the chair with them, expecting it would be ready in 3-4 weeks....VERY FAST FORWARD, I got a call 2 days later that my chair was ready!! Most importantly, however, is that my beloved chair looked PHENOMENAL!! I liked it better than the day I bought it! The workmanship was impeccable and with the new cushion they put in it felt more comfortable than ever!! I VERY HIGHLY recommend you consider making a drive to Lord's Upholstery in Stoughton. This business is a true GEM, the family is lovely, and I loved supporting a family run business!

Be warned -- very disappointing experience after spending over $5,000…read more Last month, I purchased more than $5,000 worth of appliances from KAM, including a stove, dishwasher, and stackable washer and dryer. The biggest issue was the dryer installation. We paid $30 for a new dryer vent hose, but the installers did not replace the venting all the way to the exterior vent. From the very first load, the dryer displayed a D80 error, indicating severely restricted airflow. After several back-and-forth emails with our salesperson, I was told that KAM didn't handle that work and was referred to a dryer vent cleaning company. I ultimately bought a $30 vent-cleaning kit myself and spent about an hour cleaning the vent. That resolved the problem. The salesperson also failed to include the required stacking kit in the original quote. Fortunately, the stacking kit from our old machines happened to be compatible; otherwise, we presumably would have had another installation issue. The one bright spot was the dishwasher installer. He noticed that our previous dishwasher's drain hose had been installed incorrectly and explained that this likely contributed to the old motor burning out. He drilled a new hole in the cabinet and properly routed the drain hose. I appreciated his attention to detail. But after spending more than $5,000, I expected KAM to take ownership of the complete installation and make sure the appliances were functioning properly before considering the job finished. Instead, I had a brand-new dryer throwing an airflow error from its first use and was essentially told to hire someone else to address it. Good work by the dishwasher installer, but the overall sales, installation, and follow-up experience was not acceptable. I would not purchase appliances from KAM again.
