I wish I could give this company more than five stars - of our whole major kitchen renovation, Sen was the easiest and fastest to deal with during the project. Recommended without any reservation.

We're in the market for a kitchen backsplash to finish our renovations. We got 5 samples of tile from Home Depot, most arrived chipped and broken. Not to be discouraged, we decided to nix the big box brand and shop local. My parents purchased their kitchen floor here years ago, and the service hasn't wavered a bit. Their showroom is extensive, and you're greeted upon arrival. Betty quickly honed in on what we were looking for, and took us straight to the section that could meet our needs. After showing her the granite we already have, she brought out several samples and a few that varied a bit from what we said we were looking for. Well, we brought a sample home, and the one we fell in love with was actually quite different than what we thought we were looking for! They have a huge array of products at different prices. Our selection just happened to be on the low end, at $11/sq. ft. Some other marble tiles we viewed were as much as $50/sq. ft. You definitely get what you pay for - $11 was a little more than we were looking at from Home Depot but the quality of the product and the service were so much higher at Cloutier, it's worth it!

I was a bit shocked at first however they are doing a lot more work than I even imagined. Example; my home is antique and well over 100 years old. Reinforcing and leveling the floor took about 2 weeks but when the project was done the floor repair was totally necessary and added so much to the finished result. Also if you are hoping the project will be done in a few weeks, it might, however the bigger the project the more chance for delays. Pros: I was communicating with a team of extremely competent people. Each is a specialist in a narrow field. Greg has an incredible sense of design and really digs into the details. Sonja handles the crew that does the prep, construction and heavy lifting. Mylia coordinates all products to be ordered. Special shout out to Bill who handles anything going on with all the crews. He returns your text or call in a minute or less and remembers every detail of your project. No regrets for me.

Needed to add a kitchen and two full baths, as well as closets, move beam and add a laundry area. It came out fantastic. This group--from Tracey Perry's help with design (amazing!) to Mike Heinrich's detailed budget which they stuck to and Bill Schmidt's communication on every detail, it was actually a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this group. In between my two projects with Cape & Islands Kitchens I did another property with a well known, popular Falmouth builder (hint: begins with an "L"). It was a DISASTER. Do not be fooled by the lower initial numbers--you will pay in the end and the quality of work will suffer. I am so glad I was able to do this renovation with Cape & Islands Kitchens!

I thought client service like this was a thing of the past but Amazon Granite proved that in today's world excellent and responsive client service still exists with their company! Dayanny and Bruna both helped me choose a granite that blended well with my existing kitchen counters. In fact, I did not think I could get the same granite as I had but they found almost the exact match for me. My counter measurement for their template was scheduled so quickly that I was amazed. The granite installation by Juliano and his helpers was efficient and perfect. I thought their pricing was very reasonable. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. I love my new granite counter and I would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend to others.

We had been in my house for about 16 years and had the original "builders special" cabinets, counter-tops and fixtures. Our remodel consisted of a complete gut of the kitchen/dining area and changing it's footprint. Gail and her team helped me choose new cabinets, surfaces, fixtures, appliances and hardware. No detail was too small, and they were very patient with me. Additionally I had some special requirements that needed to be addressed, such as low VOC products/cabinets, working with my busy schedule, etc. All of my concerns were met and addressed with attention to each detail. My kitchen was installed and completed in the time frame originally presented to me despite the fact that I added on some items at some very inconvenient moments (a bathroom). The quality of the materials is outstanding and the team was a joy to work with. My final product is a beautiful FUNCTIONAL kitchen that I couldn't be happier with!

Luckily, he gave us contact information for McGlade Fine Finish, a recent transplant from the east coast, as a possible alternative. Michael (McGlade) did not disappoint. From the moment he promptly returned our phone call, Michael impressed us with his experience and attention to detail. He was meticulous in measuring and remeasuring a room that lacked one straight wall or floor to create a beautiful vanity and two closet insets that gave us much needed storage with many custom features. He sweated the details and it shows. He submitted an estimate that he adhered to strictly, even supplying a higher end interior finish at no extra cost, met every deadline and always called or messaged to let us know he was on his way. All the business surrounding the product was a welcome change from the Santa Fe normal of slipping deadlines and sudden emergencies. But the real payoff was the quality of the finished cabinetry. It is a joy to walk into the new space and open and close the beautiful doors and drawers that look as if they grew organically from that challenging space.
