We had the best experience working with the folks at Timeless Stoneworks for our kitchen countertop project. After visiting multiple fabricators, stone yards and wholesalers looking for our quartz, we decided to stop at Timeless Stoneworks. Within 1/2 hour we had identified the perfect slab. They mentioned that they do price matching, so I pulled out the lowest quote that I had gotten, and without hesitation they beat that quote and included the stainless steel double bowl sink. They worked with our schedule on our new cabinet install and showed up on time when we needed them. They kept us informed throughout the process and came back for the install within seven days of the templating. Timeless was recommended by a family member that used them for multiple projects. I personally wish i had read the reviews prior to using them. In the beginning of the process, customer service was great and they were great with follow up- not sure if it was because they wanted to make the sale. Once we purchased from them the customer service went down hill. They had someone come in and measure out everything. When it was time for delivery, the guys nicked our walls so badly we needed to get someone in to fix it. We had a awful hole in the ceiling from them not paying attention. Our bathroom was measured incorrectly and the stone did not fit in the shower. Getting someone to help us and come to measure correctly was like pulling teeth. We had to bring the piece down to them, they couldnt even be bothered to come to us, even though they had messed up to begin with. We even emailed the person who had been helping and still till this day we never received an email back. we ultimately had to go to StoneTek in New Bedford to get a brand new piece for the shower since Timeless would not even replace the piece that THEY messed up on. read more

Corrupt is the nicest thing that can be said about this business. A dishonest bully runs the show so beware that they will change the price and threaten you even if you have it in writing. There's too much competition with same prices to have to deal with the BS they will promote you, because they are only using bait & switch tactics....the slab you personally picked out will disappear and when you're at the mercy of having your cabinets in but no countertop they will screw you over. Nice product, but took over a month to get installed, slow, slowwww

We had a crack in our granite 5 years after it was originally installed by Timeless Stoneworks. It was definitely not on a warranty. When I called Timeless they were very helpful and offered to replace it for a small fee. I don't think there are many companies that would do that. Thanks you so much! read more

Timeless Stonework's was recommended by our Kitchen Cabinet Company. Nice product, but expect 6 weeks plus for the final install. Once they come out and measure your counter for the required template, they say 10 business days to complete the job. They finally arrived on the install day and we were told they had the wrong measurements, which delayed our install further. During our communications, I believe there is a lack of communication with their personnel. read more

Worst experience ever! Timeless Stoneworks got nothing right on our job and instead of owning up to their mistakes, apologizing and making things right, they made us fight for them to correct their errors every step of the way. They caused us substantial delays and distress. It cost us over 20K to remodel our kitchen and Timeless Stoneworks cast a big black cloud over the whole thing. George, the owner, is completely unprofessional and a coward. He refused to even talk to me on the phone about the issues and instead left it to his workers, who spoke broken english. I hope writing this review saves someone from going through what we went through. Only if I wanted to see you suffer would I recommend this company. read more

We are in the process of remodeling our kitchen and went to Timeless Stoneworks at the suggestion of our cabinet company. BIG MISTAKE!! When we met with Karin in the showroom we explained to her that we had an old farmhouse sink similar to a sink our daughter had installed in her kitchen and that they had installed the granite around. She said she knew the sink we were talking about and that they knew what to do. When they scheduled the appointment to do the template we asked if the sink needed to be in first they said "no." When they came to do the template we asked if they wanted to see the sink which was in our garage. They said "no we know what to do." They definitely did not know what to do. Their own installers told us that the granite was wrong when they came to install it. Now we are on hold with our kitchen renovations because they will not fix their mistake. And as a previous post stated the owner will not respond to us or our contractor. read more
