Gail listened, and then guided me thru the entire process of designing a kitchen, and three bathrooms. Her eye for color was phenomenal. She was always available. In addition, she helped with lighting and paint colors for the rest of the house. I would trust her with any project.

We had been in my house for about 16 years and had the original "builders special" cabinets, counter-tops and fixtures. Our remodel consisted of a complete gut of the kitchen/dining area and changing it's footprint. Gail and her team helped me choose new cabinets, surfaces, fixtures, appliances and hardware. No detail was too small, and they were very patient with me. Additionally I had some special requirements that needed to be addressed, such as low VOC products/cabinets, working with my busy schedule, etc. All of my concerns were met and addressed with attention to each detail. My kitchen was installed and completed in the time frame originally presented to me despite the fact that I added on some items at some very inconvenient moments (a bathroom). The quality of the materials is outstanding and the team was a joy to work with. My final product is a beautiful FUNCTIONAL kitchen that I couldn't be happier with!

I am constantly doing something to improve my home and have hired many people from Provincetown to Boston to do work for me. No one quite compares to this man. He is great to work with and his expertise is amazing. Right down to the smallest detail. I am shopper. I shop around and I do my homework. I met with several kitchen designers for this project and I am so glad I decided to go with Plymouth Rock Kitchens. I'll tell you a little secret. I had worked with Edan on another kitchen project in the main house several years ago when he was with another company. He was as amazing then as he is now. He had left that company but I was not sure where he was, so I googled his name when this next kitchen project was born. That is when I found Plymouth Rock. I live in Truro so it's a stretch but so, so worth it. This time we did a small kitchen in my in-law apartment that was rather outdated. Edan turned that drab kitchen in to something that is not only functional but is beautiful and still keeps the theme of the rest of the small apartment. The manufacturers he works with are top notch, yet very affordable and he does his best to give you the most for your money. I could go on forever. He is informative, knowledgeable, and creative. He always is in touch with subcontractors, on the job and making sure that everything if going perfectly. I was working the whole time they were there and I never had to ask them to check on anything. It was done. His attention to detail is exemplary. We have similar taste so it was fun to work with him and it was like he knew what I wanted before I could even tell him. Just remarkable. So the moral to my story is, if you want the best this is the only place to go. If you're on Cape, go over that Bridge straight to beautiful downtown Plymouth and you find Edan in his gorgeous showroom working very hard to make your dreams come true.

As a general contractor, who lives full-time in Florida, I was incredibly impressed with the Thomas Michaels Team (Tom, Ryan & Meagan). The pre-construction design work was great, the project finished ahead of schedule, and the quality of work was outstanding. Needed to add a kitchen and two full baths, as well as closets, move beam and add a laundry area. It came out fantastic. This group--from Tracey Perry's help with design (amazing!) to Mike Heinrich's detailed budget which they stuck to and Bill Schmidt's communication on every detail, it was actually a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this group. In between my two projects with Cape & Islands Kitchens I did another property with a well known, popular Falmouth builder (hint: begins with an "L"). It was a DISASTER. Do not be fooled by the lower initial numbers--you will pay in the end and the quality of work will suffer. I was a bit shocked at first however they are doing a lot more work than I even imagined. Example; my home is antique and well over 100 years old. Reinforcing and leveling the floor took about 2 weeks but when the project was done the floor repair was totally necessary and added so much to the finished result. Also if you are hoping the project will be done in a few weeks, it might, however the bigger the project the more chance for delays. Pros: I was communicating with a team of extremely competent people. Each is a specialist in a narrow field. Greg has an incredible sense of design and really digs into the details. Sonja handles the crew that does the prep, construction and heavy lifting. Mylia coordinates all products to be ordered. Special shout out to Bill who handles anything going on with all the crews. He returns your text or call in a minute or less and remembers every detail of your project. No regrets for me.
