I order a granite counter top from "countertops express" from the owner "cliff Leonard" for the…read morefirst time for one of my rental property and we schedule measurements a week that was done by another company that also installed the granite and brought twice broken granite so check every little thing also didn't put and didn't have the silicone for the granite completely unprofessional I had to call "cliff Leonard" to get this done and provide the silicone after "cliff" got paid completely the full amount. After a few weeks I called because they didn't sealed the sink with silicone correctly so water was leaking I was very polite and explained the situation to "cliff Leonard" he was trying to say everything to not take any responsibility of the work he sold. And this was his reply to me " I'm done with you" and hang up the my call. I'll mention that I still have warranty that he promised And that a violation of state laws. I'm sharing this on google so people well know what to expect when working with "countertops express" and with "cliff Leonard" specifically. I'll also mention that I own more rentals and he just lost all my future business with this company. My final opinion is that you'll find somewhere else and don't use this place from my own experience.

Whoever they sent or contracted didn't install properly at all. Carpet began buckling within 6 months. This wasn't a high traffic area and no kids and no shoes were in the carpet. Tried contacting several times via phone and email without response. after a year the carpet looks like it is 15 years old. finally chose to replace it all with vinyl and another company. didn't find out until we went to install it that the carpet put on our hardwood stairs were nailed into with about a hundred staples in each of the stair backs, sides and tread part. Ruining the hardwood stairs as they drove huge amounts of staples into the tread parts of all the stairs. We had NO idea they had done this at the time and they removed the original carpet so they saw how it was previously installed so they KNEW better than to damage wood flooring with hundreds of large staples! Never again! Not happy to find this was done and that when we tried to get a response with the carpet they ignored our contacting them. they never came out to see the work when it was done to check up n who they sent if they would have seen the carpet alone wasn't done right!
