However from that point on everything went down hill. I told him I would call in a week or so and finalize a deal. A week later I called and told him I would like to order the stove he showed me. He explained prices went up but he would honor original price he quoted and also said he would send someone by to look at chimney. I waited weeks and no one showed up. Called back and spoke with someone else who had no clue about the transaction and suggested I send pictures and basic information along to sales at their email. I did so and again didn't hear back from anyone. I called a week later and was told the guy I spoke with was out on vacation and would be back that Tuesday and he would return my call. Guess what no return call. I called one more time and got yet another person who would not honor the original price and asked all the same questions I've already answered several times before. He did not test either one and left. I received an invoice for over $1400 and the 2 Moto Message jests do not work!!!!! It's impossible to talk to a real person. They do not provide and estimate on the cost or time during the day. Not even morning or afternoon. He started cursing at me and calling me all kinds of names in front of my daughter just because my music was a little loud! I told him if he felt so upset about it, he should call the police that sent him into a deeper rage to which he now chased me into the mini mart like he was going to fight me.
