AWFUL customer service paid for job in full, Mike and his business partner never ordered the…read morematerials for the job and told me everything was ordered and then on back order from home depot, and they were holding the order in their warehouse once it came in. I called Home Depot myself because now it has been three months in no word on when the job would've been completed. Home Depot then told me that there was never an order put in for those materials as Mike had stated. So I reached out to Mike and I told him that I personally called Home Depot, and there was never an order put in under his name, his business partner's name or his business name. Mike then called himself and was told the same information when I asked to cancel the order. He told me that Home Depot would not cancel it as it was a special order per the email that he had got days prior. He told me that he would refund me in full in two weeks. I reached out numerous times to him for the refund of over $5000 and I kept getting that he didn't the money and that he was waiting to go to court for his ex wife and other jobs to be paid for and then he can pay me. He then told me that he would pay me one week half the money in the next week the rest. The first payment of that money was paid to me within that first week, but I had to go out and meet them. the second payment I was told it would be on a Wednesday but conveniently he was not available and I had to wait until the following Saturday to get paid that last money so all in all I paid for a job in September 2025 and I just received the money back in March 2026 with no actual work done to my home. I do not recommend this company at all for any job.

Bill visited our home to measure and go over the different options for replacing our countertops and sink. He was able to provide me with a quote that day which outlined the work that would be done. We were able to visit the showroom that weekend as they have convenient hours on Saturday. We were impressed by the number of slabs they had available in the showroom for us to look at. We instantly fell in love with one pattern of granite and Bill and crew worked with us to ensure that we received that specific slab and scheduled our installation. The day of, the two men (I feel terrible that I can't remember their names) were amazing! They were so friendly, walked us through the installation process and cleaned up along the way so my house wasn't covered in dust. In addition to the fabulous countertops, we received a large, high quality sink that put our last sink to shame. They also gave us the sink protector grates, a basket drain and a 'hot plate' from the remaining granite. We were not expecting these bonuses and are so happy with them! In addition they had the forethought to put a piece of wood above our dishwasher so that it could be properly secured into place again. I highly recommend Countertops by Superior! I order a granite counter top from "countertops express" from the owner "cliff Leonard" for the…read morefirst time for one of my rental property and we schedule measurements a week that was done by another company that also installed the granite and brought twice broken granite so check every little thing also didn't put and didn't have the silicone for the granite completely unprofessional I had to call "cliff Leonard" to get this done and provide the silicone after "cliff" got paid completely the full amount. After a few weeks I called because they didn't sealed the sink with silicone correctly so water was leaking I was very polite and explained the situation to "cliff Leonard" he was trying to say everything to not take any responsibility of the work he sold. And this was his reply to me " I'm done with you" and hang up the my call. I'll mention that I still have warranty that he promised And that a violation of state laws. I'm sharing this on google so people well know what to expect when working with "countertops express" and with "cliff Leonard" specifically.
