I am very pleased with the work and Cliff helped me decide the right sink to go with my kitchen too. After a few weeks I called because they didn't sealed the sink with silicone correctly so water was leaking I was very polite and explained the situation to "cliff Leonard" he was trying to say everything to not take any responsibility of the work he sold. And this was his reply to me " I'm done with you" and hang up the my call. I'll mention that I still have warranty that he promised And that a violation of state laws. I'm sharing this on google so people well know what to expect when working with "countertops express" and with "cliff Leonard" specifically. I'll also mention that I own more rentals and he just lost all my future business with this company. My final opinion is that you'll find somewhere else and don't use this place from my own experience.

I hired Leo to paint my house and two rooms a little less than two years ago. Leo was initially…read morevery responsive and gave me a quote for the outside but lost the info for the inside rooms and ended up coming back to give me a quote for those. His quote for the exterior was about 50-60% less than any other contractor, interior was about the same or a little less. After that point, he told me he would be able to come in about two weeks (or very soon). He ended up not responding to me every time I would reach out and ask about it and it wasn't until about 2-3 months later that he came to do the job. I basically had to chase him to figure out when it would be done which was extremely stressful. When he was ready to do it, he literally told me the day of that he wanted to come and start working, even though I had asked him for a few days notice. He is very bad with communication, unless you get him at a good time for him. His workers did a good job on my house and I was happy with the job, but after a year and 9 months, my house started peeling and bubbling. I am not sure if this is because of the work done or just because of my house. Leo responded to me telling about it initially and said he would come look at it, but then proceeded to ghost me and not respond to any further messages. Basically, he will respond to an initial communication and come right then, but anything after that he will ignore and not follow up on. He is nice in person, and his workers all did a great job, but I am now disappointed. He doesn't stand behind his work and not responding to people you are working for is disrespectful.

His crew is amazing - respectful, on-time and clean. Kevin was also completely invaluable when we had to work with our insurance company to file claims - he was critical in helping us justify certain parts/expenses of the renovation. When we took ownership of the house, the walls were in rough shape-lots of nail and anchor holes. He prepped and patched the walls ahead of starting and did a great job.
