The bar staff know what they are doing and they are welcoming, chatty and chill. It feels like they actually want you there! My wife and I already love to swing by for a couple of post dinner drinks but we'll be back for some game day fun too - they have a bunch of screens. They don't do food BUT the couple who now own Her Little Bar also own a bunch of the restaurants nearby (Her Thai, Met Him At A Bar, and the recently opened The Night We Met). There are other great options too and whatever you go for, you can eat it in the bar. There's a good selection of drinks and the cocktails are solid. We already have a solid pub/microbrewery but this is a great bar with a different vibe. A bar has been in this location for years but we really love this new incarnation. The corridor between Wilshire Blvd and W 9th is becoming a great pocket for food and drink with good people looking for BS free good times and the Her Little Bar crowd, staff and management are a great example that. A welcome addition to the neighborhood.

5 stars for Alanna and all the great times I've had here at R Bar for the past 5 years of living in…read moreKoreatown. Yesterday at 10 pm, I attempted to take my company for drinks following a team outing. I arrived first with 2 of my employees. Bartender working made us all super uncomfortable. He was very rude even your security had his eyebrows raised and shrugged. Dude was having a hard time changing out the receipt paper while we were waiting to check out. Came up to us crumpled the remaining paper in his hands in our face and said we'll need to wait longer while he changes it out. He could have just changed it instead of crumbling it in front of us like a psycho. I asked to close out my tab, there's other great bars in the area to which he couldn't recall the card name despite only being in the bar for 10 or less minutes. He asked for the name, I provided my business name (I manage 2 businesses and both teams came out for the outing). I mistakenly gave my other business name to which his response was " OH SO YOU DONT HAVE A LAST NAME". I was still so weirded out about his whole demeanor and really just wanted to leave. He made it so difficult. The card was not my last name, it was my second business. He then retorted with why I said my last name and like bro you repeatedly ( 3 times) asked if I didn't have a last name. ALL WHILE CONTINUOUSLY CUTTING ME OFF. Luckily AND unfortunately only 4 of us had arrived so I quickly diverted the other 15 of us to Normandie Bar ( DEFINITELY RECOMMEND) Karaoke looked set up but he said it's a slow Monday why would they bother. It's always the chopped guys making people feel uncomfortable. I've attempted to connect with Laura on LinkedIn as if I had an employee as such being the face of my business, I'd want to know ASAP. Funniest part of the night is when he said he was beverage director of 5 years and he created all the drinks we enjoyed ( PBR, Modelo, & Vodka Cranberry) what a guy! He then threatened to visit our company. I say threatened as in no way shape or form were any of us comfortable with him knowing where we worked and he 10000% knew it and used it. Very disappointed

The ambience is overall really nice for Los Angeles and stands out compared to the other bars I have been to in LA. The service was great and the waitress happily provided top recommendations, which we were pleased with. The standout of this place is the unique drinks they offered, which taste great! I have went to a bar called double chicken please in New York, which specialize in craft cocktails and this place is honestly comparable. The tzatziki martini was a 10/10! Overall recommend this place.

Each cocktail we tried felt distinctive and creative with flavor profiles I honestly have not come across at other bars. The drink names were playful and memorable which added a fun touch. Hearing people order them ourselves included definitely brought a few laughs. The bartenders were warm and welcoming and we enjoyed the welcome drinks as well. The only small downside was that many of the cocktails leaned on the sweeter side for our taste. Still the balance of creativity atmosphere and hospitality made for a very enjoyable experience overall. Definitely worth a try!

The CEO personally responded at 9:37 p.m. EST, to address my writing and delivery and to emphasize his personal investment in the club over my concerns. Before all promised updates "coming this week" were provided, he terminated my membership effective immediately, and I was informed I would no longer have access to private or guest events. Will spare you the screenshots; Ultimately, I truly valued my four years as a member. Hopefully the club can take a more consistent, less impulsive, member-focused approach in the future.

We headed downstairs for the event and kicked things off with appetizers. that hummus with pita and fresh veggies? dangerous. smooth, flavorful, and beyond addictive. I had three plates and would've gone back for more if i didn't need to save room. I thought, "okay, this is a solid start"... but you know how these things go, sometimes the appetizers are the peak. Not here! Then... the entrées came out, and I knew I was in the right place. I would absolutely host an event here, and i'll be back whenever i'm in town because I fully intend to work my way through their entire menu. This place is a gem. Check them out!
