We went here with a big group one night for dinner. I had planned to take pictures of all our food but got so busy chatting and eating, I forgot to take any pictures. Everything we ate was great. I like to order ala carts so I got a beef taco, a chicken enchilada and a mango margaritas. All of it was very good. Our friends ordered the temple tacos which looked amazing! Carnitas 5, Owner Friendliness 5, Food.... My wife and I stopped by as we've been driving past this place for the three months that we've lived up here. Also, maybe we can speak Spanish at a restaurant for a change. Cute place in a strip mall an all the staff were super friendly. The menu has great choices for beef, pork, chicken, etc. The carnitas my wife ordered were excellent. Smokey and salty flavors came to mind. I ordered the enchiladas maya which were a bit disappointing. I used to fly extensively in Mexico so my enchilada meter is tough. These were assembled quickly and it showed. Solid flavors but room for improvement. We will definitely be coming back here for more dishes and the wonderful people. read more

I came into Mayas Grill this past weekend and had a good visit. We were in the area visiting family and decided to stop in for lunch. Service was okay albeit I will say was the weak link in our visit. I ordered the chicken express burrito and it was tasty. It was also more than enough food for two meals. My wife ordered a chicken quesadilla and I have to say it is enough for a meal. Often quesadillas are small and flimsy. That isn't the case at Mayas. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy which is why I have to comment on our service. Check ins on the table didn't happen often and we had to ask several times for our check. Eventually I just had to get up to pay. With that said, I think I'd come back again because the food is pretty good. read more

Came for lunch with two coworkers, neither enjoyed our food. Very slow service, the iced teas had a strange taste to them. I ordered the expresso burrito, the plate was blazing hot, and that was about it, as inside the burrito was room temperature at best. Bland rice, tasteless beans. Palm City - We have now been to this restaurant on several occasions. It remains consistently good. We sat at a comfortable booth in the middle room. Their shrimp ceviche was fresh and flavorful. The pollo en mole was also delicious. A nice flan to finish the meal was perfect. Excellent service. read more

The best Mexican food in Palm City. I take my family and friends here on a regular basis. It's my go to spot for family dinner nights and to take out visiting guests. Maya's sports a lively bar with quick service in the back of the restaurant. They have a band on some nights with live music. Maya's always serves fresh chips and salsa. Ask to try it hot! They have a huge variety on their menu but my wife and I enjoy the sunrise dinner. It comes with scallops, shrimp and carne asada with beans and rice. It's the best dinner on the menu. Unless I'm in the mood for a burrito! If I am I always choose the carne asada burrito but the super burrito is great also! read more

We have gone to Maya's multiple times. With a large group, small group & takeout, we've done it all. It never disappoints! Free chips and salsa. I love their green, it is so flavorful. Definitely try a margarita on the rocks, you will be pleased. Ingredients are fresh. Flavors pack a punch. I've tried several dishes and am always pleased. If eating keto, multiple options. Carne asada is my favorite and I tell them no rice and no tortilla. Customer Service is awesome as well. A must try. They do have indoor & outdoor seating. read more

I actually did enjoy it but I think it is somewhere between the 3 and the 4 stars so im gonna go ahead and give it 3 because of the prices. $18 for a burrito. $28 for the one dish we actually did like which was the Sunrise Plate. The service was pretty slow for the amount of people that were in the restaurant. The food was served on chipped plates and I found a hair in my food. They did remake the food and remove it from the bill but at that point I had lost my appetite. Others that were with us said their food was good and the waitress was okay. I definitely would not go back though because of the hair in my food and the chipped plates being used. read more

The margaritas are good and strong. I wasn't a fan of the food, but we all have different tastes.

We ate here on a Monday early evening around 5:30/6pm we were seating right away almost no wait for our server Arianna to greet us for our drink order. They brought chips and salsa for an appetizer. We ordered our food and it was out within 10 minutes. Everything had such great flavor. We were pleasantly surprised and satisfied. Food service and ambiance was great! We love the food and service, however this time when we went in there were horrible people at the bar, obviously over served and loud. Cursing with the "f" word loudly. I gravitate to that restaurant or bar on bad days, or when I just need a positive warm professional environment that is conducive for me to work from, when I simply need a change of environment rather than working at home. I don't know what kind of cream cheese they use but? delicious the drinks were good I did a mango margarita.
