The first time I came here, my experience was great. Second time, okay. Third time, great, I had my appt at 430pm which the older lady who was going to do my eyebrows was running behind but, she apologized and asked her other coming client if she can take care of me since I was only doing eyebrows; that is what customer service is. Last ever appt. here. I came in today, my appt was at 430p.m. and the lady who greeted me(blk long hair) asked me if I clld and of course I called yesterday, then she said the other lady would be done and would help you in a moment. I said okay, waited outside. It was 445p.m., and I went back and asked when was she going to take me in, it's already 445p.m. my appt. is at 430p.m instead of apologizing for the delay the black hair woman just said she will be with you in a moment. I cancelled the appt. Honestly, every single time I came to this place, they ARE ALWAYS BEHIND. I didn't complain before bc other workers had been polite, and apologetic that they were late, in other words I had good customer service.. But after this lack of customer service, I do not recommend this place at all esp. If you are someone who would not like to wait 10 min or more to be seen. Thank you. I will not be recommend this place to anyone! That is for sure! read more
