She has such knowledge and curiousity in knowing the products and the science to it that you know you are consulting from someone who knows "skin" very well. Iv had issues before with cancellation but not this much cancellation from this location. I have had I think 3 cancellations from them for my services and given the 30 min call prior to my appointment. It's very disappointing that you are paying monthly for their services and you can't even use it. Today was the last straw and I decided that I will use all my 19.5 credits and let this run out and I will cancel my services and I will take it somewhere.
