I went to Mayan today as kind of a long shot. I wasn't having any luck building the drawers for my garage cabinets. Lo and behold, Mayan had, in stock, 4" melamine boards with 1/4" dado pre-cut. Neither Home Depot nor Lowe's carry these. Mayan also carries pre-finished 1/4" Baltic birch plywood specifically made for drawer bottoms. I bought all my material there, including a few more drawer glides which were on clearance for less than a third of the price of Home Depot and Mayan's were far superior. I even bought some glue specifically for joining melamine to melamine. Cleve seemed to be running the show there. He's a hell of a nice guy and knows his stock inside and out. Overall this was an excellent experience and I will be a returning customer without a doubt. read more
