Shall I mention that I am awaiting my breakfast delivery as I type. Yes, 8:22am -- and I am in Crown Heights!! Great, fresh food. Super friendly owner. There was one day where there was a problem with my order and she bent over backwards to make things right. Highly recommend this place! The breakfast sandwich with Pork Belly is fantastic!! read more

Really cute cafe with outstanding food and very reasonable prices. I had a cold brew iced coffee, freshly baked pretzel, and oatmeal with compote. - all excellent! read more

The food itself at Bed-Stuy Provisions is terrific: the pork belly in the P.B.L.A.T. was phenomenally juicy and flavorful. One of the best sandwiches I've had in awhile, for sure. If I was judging purely by the food, Bed-Stuy Provisions would easily garner five stars. Upon eating there, though, I received some of the all-around lousiest service I've ever gotten from an establishment. I went on a Sunday afternoon, and I get it: it's the weekend and the place is tiny, so obviously there are going to be a ton of online/phone delivery orders. That being said, you think they'd give a bit more courtesy and consideration to the customers who actually bothered to come to the place to eat in person. Instead we were virtually left by the wayside. It took about 15 minutes for the cashier to get me my coffee. Mind you, I ordered iced coffee...black. It spent a good portion of that 15 minutes just sitting behind the counter while the cashier took phone orders and readied other coffees and juices. It took another 15 minutes for me to get my sandwich, which is honestly not a problem. I get that they're busy and understaffed (there were only two people working behind the counter when I went: one to take/ring out orders and prepare drinks, and the owner who was actually preparing the food), and the food really is great. I just wish they would have been a bit more considerate when dealing with patrons. When another customer came in and ordered, the owner blurted out, "Do you have time (to wait)? There are a few orders in front of you." Because the place is so small, we also get to hear her expressing her frustration at having to re-do an order. I get that you're busy and stressed, but why be passive-aggressive around your customers? We're giving you money and keeping you in business...don't take out your resentments and frustrations on us. After finishing, I go up to the cashier to pay. There's a bit of an awkward pause, though, as the cashier doesn't know the prices of the sandwiches and has to wait for a customer to put down the menu so she can look at it to make sure of the price. I mean, really? One menu for the entire store, including the cashier (who can't memorize the prices for, what, five or six sandwiches)? The quality of the food is there, but it would greatly benefit them to just get more focused when it comes to dealing with walk-in customers, so they can be competent and courteous to us even when they're slammed with delivery orders. read more

First stop in Brooklyn loved the atmosphere. Small, quaint and delicious. I had a yogurt parfait (yum) . Will come back

Stopped by to grab a quick bite and got the avocado egg sandwich to go. It was delicious and a hearty portion. The bread was quality and fresh. lots of vegan options too! There are a few tables and wifi, so a good spot to get some work done. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area. read more

The sandwich (veggie) was out of earth. Must try for any Brooklyn travelers. The host was so patient and professional. I loved the egg and avocado toast. Perfect way to begin a day - never was hungry until dinner. Will be visiting again and recommending friends who are wandering around NY. read more

I have to admit that I've never set foot in the store, but have gotten delivery many times. The food is delicious, the coffee is excellent - it feels like a life loop-hope to have a well made cup of coffee delivered to my door. I look forward to going in and trying everything. read more

I love Provisions. Amazing sandwiches (the chicken salad sandwich, if you want a pro-tip, is great in the summer) and seasonal menu. Everything is super fresh. Best iced coffee in New York, too. Wish them all the best. read more

This place is great! I went this week and had the Breakfast sandwich with avocado and tomato, an ice tea and a homemade cookie. Everything was delicious, the sandwich was really really tasty, I would definitely recommend! read more

So, this is my 4th time at Bed Stuy Provisions in less than a month. The food is AMAZING and the owner (Kim) is a sweetheart of a person who is just as amazing as the food. She makes all of the food herself and she makes it with love! Phenomenal food + extraordinary customer service = five stars! The price is more than reasonable because to get top of the line food AND top of the line customer service, is almost unheard of I this day and time. This is one of my favorite spots now. Everything is made to order and all the ingredients are fresh. The grilled chicken salad is to die for. Give it a try guys....you won't regret it! read more

Great simple food. I had the sloppy joe without the bun and it was very satisfying and exactly what I needed. I would definitely come back here I wish I had something like this in my neighborhood. read more

This place came recommended and it didn't let me down. This is a small cafe located in Bedstuy that offers sandwiches and salads. I came here this morning and enjoyed the pork belly breakfast sandwich. It tasted like pork belly heaven. They aren't shy with their ingredients, and the bread itself is a stand out. The staff is very friendly with their customers and created a relaxing environment for their guests. This place is a wonderful addition to this neighborhood. read more

Bed-stuy Provisions is my new obsession! I wake up most weekends craving the pblat or pork belly breakfast sandwich. It has become a weekly habit. There could be worse things to be addicted to I guess. The apple juice is always fresh and delicious as well. Love this place! read more

Yummy food! Pork belly is to die for

I ordered take away and was very pleased with the items. The pork belly sandwich was very flavorful. They used quality baguette. The grilled chicken in the salad was cooked well. The grilled vegetable plate had a lot of variety and was delicious as well. Their menu is varied and there is something for everyone. It is a solid choice. read more

This was my first time at Bed Stuy Provisions but it won't be my last! I ordered the Pork Belly Lettuce Tomato and my wife ordered the Roast Beef special of the day- they were both delicious!! And the owner is so super nice. Overall an amazing experience and a real treat. read more

This is my first review here and not for the food I actually had. However, I was so impressed by their service for delivery I ordered (via Yelp's Eat24 service) for my friend. I ordered the highly regarded (by other reviewers here) P.B.L.A.T. sandwich & a cookie. As it was my first order through the service, I also made a phone call to make sure. They responded to my call and took my request with good patience (as my friend's last name was complicated;) They even called me back when they found the cookie was sold out and asked if it was ok to replace it with a chocolate roll that costs more but w/o any extra charge(!) My friend received them within the confirmed time (about 50 min), plus really savored them!! I would say they are not hungry for advertisement surprisingly - as they didn't include any card or menu. So, the friend didn't even know where the items were delivered from. That is rare. I really appreciate that they are not wasting paper for more business that they may get from the delivery;) (No worries! I told him the great place in his neighborhood!) I'll definitely try to head there myself for the next time around. I also happily found that Eat24 service worked superbly with a good eatery as Bed-Stuy Provisions! Highly recommended. read more

the food here is 10/10. The owner is an amazing cook and I am a loyal customer. All the ingredients are high quality coming from local sources... such as the pork and the whitefish salad. The breakfast sandwiches are worth the price tag because the sandwich has rich ingredients along with beautifully poached eggs. read more

I love this place! The owner is friendly and funny. The French press coffee is made to order and perfect. Sandwiches are fresh and delicious & It always smells good inside. Try the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, yum! read more

Best breakfast sandwiches anywhere! Great place to spend a morning with french-press coffee, fresh fruit, and really god damn good pastries. This is my favorite spot for any morning when I have a few minutes before work. read more

I ordered the pork belly breakfast sandwich 3 weeks ago and have been dreaming of it since - I rarely eat pork, let alone magical sandwiches that stand nearly 6" tall, but the owner who was present suggested I try it and I have to say the experience and the quality were NEXT LEVEL. For how limited the affordable food options (and even more so limited, delicious food options) in the neighborhood, this place is a unicorn. If you're not within range, it's available on Postmates, Caviar and Uber eats and it's 200% worth the wait. read more

LOVE! The smoked salmon was really fresh (and it was SO good on the pretzel), the iced tea was really great and so was the chocolate croissant. Also, the delivery was quick! I'm a big fan and I can't believe I didn't realize how close this was to my house. I'll be a regular, that's for sure. read more

I like every food/beverage/pastry here. The owner is amazing. I lived near this neighborhood and I can tell you this was the best food place I visited in the whole Bed-Stuy/bushwick area. Go to the restaurant where owner is the cook. This is the one!!! Once you eat here, it's hard to go to a different food place. It's that good! read more

Ordered breakfast sandwiches from here recently and they were delicious! Delivery was fast, everything arrived hot. Excited to have a found a new breakfast delivery spot! read more

New person making sandwiches doesn't properly cover their hair, my sandwich had 2 long black hairs in it. Really not appetizing.

Just a sh*tshow. One cook with little to no preparation done before the order rush, a front staff person taking her sweet time with orders, payment, etc. Took over 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches to go, and the order wasn't even correct! Also watched them mess up MANY delivery orders. So disappointed. read more

Insane breakfast sandwich, even when delivered. Egg, cheese, avocado, tomato, sriracha, bread. Tastes like home.

Cheesesteak was absolute . However the woman there seemed very understaffed and was kind of pushing us to order quickly. Kind of ruined it for me. Also no bathroom and each order takes 25 minutes to make or more. Had to take it to go. Flame food but needs improvement on service. read more

I'm never disappointed with the pork belly and avocado breakfast sandwich! Brought a friend from out of town and she was hooked too!

Really cute, intimate atmosphere. Good quality pastries and coffee. The sloppy joes are highly recommended!

First order of business: buy all house made pretzels the owner has stocked for the day. Bring to a friend's kid? Yes. Stop by and surprise granny with one? Yes. Ask them to make you a sandwich with one - DUH. Get there early for a fresh squeezed veggie or fruit juice. But seriously, what a sweet, clean and yummy new cafe with a delightful owner running the show. read more

Bed-Stuy provisions is a gem! Everything is delicious, but my favorites are the Sweet Potato Black Bean Burger and the Ham on a Pretzel. Honestly, the pretzels are to die for, the proprietor makes them fresh most days. I have happy dreams about them. Everything on the menu is inexplicably inexpensive and made of high quality ingredients. I live nearby and Bed-Stuy Provisions is hands down my favorite neighborhood spot. read more

As others have said, the owner is so, so friendly. Perfect spot for some delicious (Toby's Estate) coffee. The best part: she now stocks 12 oz. bags of Toby's Estate whole bean coffee for brewing at home. Now I don't have to go all the way to Bedford Ave. to pick up some good whole bean coffee. Game-changer! read more
