I don't appreciate that. As someone who's worked as a server, you should NOT tell your customers how much they have to tip and make them feel bad for not tipping what you expect. It just didn't feel nice. The only reason I will keep coming back to this place despite this is because the massage itself is AMAZING. Other than that one time moment, I love this place. Today I had Chunli (i'm sorry if I spelled that wrong) and she was AMAZING. She would check in with me and ask me if I'm okay throughout the session which I appreciated. She hit all the points of my body that really needed attention and it's like she just knew which parts needed extra attention. It was fantastic and I feel so much better afterwards. They use hot stones and a hot towel during the session. The area is very clean and when you enter they give you slides to wear when you walk in. They play calming music in the rooms which is nice. On weekdays (mon-thurs) I've been able to walk in and they can take me. Today is Friday and I had to come in at a certain time for them to take me, so it would be smart to call ahead of time and ask if you can walk in or if you need an appointment. Overall, this place is still a solid go-to for me because the massages are consistently incredible and worth it. One uncomfortable checkout interaction knocked off a star, but the quality of the service keeps me coming back.

When I got to the place I was greeted fairly soon and shown to a room. I asked the woman if I had to get undressed for a foot massage and she said yes. The massage started as an upper body massage and I asked if this was part of the foot massage and I was told yes. Then after the massage was almost complete there was maybe 2 minutes of the foot massage. I was told next time we can do that. As you can imagine I was unhappy because that was the whole purpose of coming in. Then at checkout they wanted to charge me for a full body massage which I refused to pay for because it was not the service I wanted.
