When she finish I go out and give her $5 tips she tells me I missing $5 more. Then I told her the she was on her phone the whole time and she told me " YES I WAS AND DONT COME HERE NEVER AGAIN!". I can't believe this really happened this is very bad customer service and bad communication. My body was sore and now they killed the relaxing/therapuetic mood I was looking for. I asked for my money back and left. For a small business at a time like this, you'd think they'd value the customer but clearly not. Maybe they have enough revenue coming in elsewhere but they aren't earning it with customer service. I don't appreciate that. As someone who's worked as a server, you should NOT tell your customers how much they have to tip and make them feel bad for not tipping what you expect. It just didn't feel nice. The only reason I will keep coming back to this place despite this is because the massage itself is AMAZING. Other than that one time moment, I love this place. Today I had Chunli (i'm sorry if I spelled that wrong) and she was AMAZING. She would check in with me and ask me if I'm okay throughout the session which I appreciated. She hit all the points of my body that really needed attention and it's like she just knew which parts needed extra attention. It was fantastic and I feel so much better afterwards. They use hot stones and a hot towel during the session. The area is very clean and when you enter they give you slides to wear when you walk in. They play calming music in the rooms which is nice. On weekdays (mon-thurs) I've been able to walk in and they can take me. Today is Friday and I had to come in at a certain time for them to take me, so it would be smart to call ahead of time and ask if you can walk in or if you need an appointment. Overall, this place is still a solid go-to for me because the massages are consistently incredible and worth it. I can guarantee you Amy's style is one that everyone will like, but if you want a very deep massage than you would like the other girl. I'd try both and see which style you like better. You can pay more in other places but some masseuse weren't that good. I'm glad we took a chance on this place and we will definitely be coming back. They're three walls (not completely to the ceiling and the 4th wall is a curtain. Because of this, you can hear a lot of outside noise which may distract you from fully relaxing.
