Today 7-15-25, I booked my wife a full body massage and a foot scrub massage. She only received the body massage, even though both services were paid for in advance. This isn't about the quality of the massages themselves, but about the lack of attention to detail and not delivering what was promised and paid for. When this happens once, it can be an oversight. When it happens twice, it shows a pattern of poor management and disregard for the customer experience. It's very frustrating to spend money on specific treatments and not have them honored or even acknowledged. I hope the business takes this feedback seriously and improves its booking and service process so others don't have the same experience.
