I was told that would entail dying it to the darkest root color match. That ended up not being so, rather turning out black and not done at temples. it looked like a bad 5 minutes for men dye job. Furthermore I was charged $90. Then I was asked for a tip via text after I left. friends and neighbors are appalled and even asked to know where it was done so they can avoid the salon. I went to Sally Beauty Supply a few days later. People who don't know me said " that's too dark and poorly done." I'm sa d, frustrated, and very disappointed. This isn't high salon work!

I knew that something was not right, when the stylist kept me at the sink for 45 minutes, dumping glaze and masks on my hair. My neck was killing me sitting there, but I thought maybe she is just trying to do a good job. After I walked to the chair and looked in the mirror, my hair was totally matted. The water was dripping all over my clothes. The hair looked so bad, that it looked like somebody was weaving them on purpose. I got very concerned. I knew it is going to be bad, because two other stylists came over and tried to assess it. They started brushing my hair and a huge chunks were just coming off. I almost cried. I have no idea what happened and how simple root touch up became such a disaster. They may have mixed the formula wrong or something like that. But the result is I now have a third of the amount of hair I came there with and most of my hair is broken at all length.
