Ok first off, this place might be okay if you don't have Asian texture hair. I came here and asked for curtain bangs and it wasn't executed well at all, so another man came to help. I specifically asked him not to cut it too short, but then he also didn't get it right and blamed it on my balding and because I asked for it short from the beginning (I asked specifically for it not to be too short). They then got really frustrated with me as I started sobbing because I was now in damage control over the terrible haircut I just received. I came in and asked for bright blonde half highlights that were not too white. Despite showing pictures of exactly what I wanted, I left with very yellow highlights and a root smudge that was practically orangey brown. The highlights at the front were also very uneven. Much more highlighted on one side than the other and basically brown at the front (not a typical root smudge). Not to mention she cut my frame pieces which ended up being choppy and uneven. I have had the same guy cut my hair for about 10 years in Miami so moving to Naples, I knew it would suck not having my guy around. Went with a friend both of us have service dogs and we called to see if they will take us one of the girls that had answered the phone said yes as long as them behaved when we both got there my friend was the one getting the hair cut the one that answered the phone was SO RUDE and viscous to us both. Eden is also very friendly and has a lot of knowledge to treat also damaged hair. When I came to her my hair was cut in a weird way and damaged. She always listens to what I want - my color is always spot on, my balayage always looks great and whenever I leave the salon I get stopped by women asking me where I get my hair done. MT was open and following strict protocols to make their customers and staff feel safe and protected, so I immediately felt at ease. I trusted the advice of the receptionist when she recommended a stylist- and I've now seen Adrian consistently for almost a year. He is awesome. Extremely knowledgeable and talented. One of the most important things is that he asks a lot of questions and learns the type of person you are and what your hair care routine is before starting. Fantastic salon, Sandy was phenomenal, she consulted with me regarding my cut and what I was expecting. Listening to me, and what I wanted. Offering her thoughts, and opinion on my hairs needs. I had went for color at another salon in Naples, and was not happy with it. Sandy offered a toner on my color, the other salon did not use a toner, and immediately my hair felt better. I've been to this salon two times now, first was for a haircut that was rushed and now I just went for an eyebrow wax that I had to come back for 30 min after I showed up to my appointment because the wax wasn't turned on. During my wax she got wax in my freshly washed hair and had to put oil in in to get in out, then proceeded with my eyebrows, not washing my hair out or even the strand drenched in oil. She took more time getting the wax out then on my eyebrows and never even showed me what they looked like or even made eye contact after. To top it off I paid for my service! read more
