My long-booked appointment was cancelled due to stylist injury. I was rescheduled two days later but cancelled by salon two hours before because stylist wasn't available. Got re scheduled a couple of days later with someone I was told was great. Got a cut that was ok but was told would make the tuto style is a color - balayage. My hair was salt and pepper. The balayage woups work with similar color. The day of the color appointment my time was "hijacked" by someone that got a bad color job elsewhere. Needless to say my hair w as processed incorrectly and turned brassy orange. I was invited back at no cost to try again or "put it back" to original. I chose to put it back. I was told that would entail dying it to the darkest root color match. That ended up not being so, rather turning out black and not done at temples. it looked like a bad 5 minutes for men dye job. Furthermore I was charged $90. Then I was asked for a tip via text after I left. friends and neighbors are appalled and even asked to know where it was done so they can avoid the salon. I went to Sally Beauty Supply a few days later. People who don't know me said " that's too dark and poorly done." I'm sa d, frustrated, and very disappointed. This isn't high salon work! read more

New owners!! Very clean -professional and friendly staff. My girl is the best! Worth every penny. I won't tell you who it is because I don't want her to get so busy she can't see me, lol! But u will tell you that when I call for an appointment, its never longer than a 2 week wait in season. They don't cram everyone in too tightly. Ok first off, this place might be okay if you don't have Asian texture hair. I came here and asked for curtain bangs and it wasn't executed well at all, so another man came to help. I specifically asked him not to cut it too short, but then he also didn't get it right and blamed it on my balding and because I asked for it short from the beginning (I asked specifically for it not to be too short). They then got really frustrated with me as I started sobbing because I was now in damage control over the terrible haircut I just received. I came in and asked for bright blonde half highlights that were not too white. Despite showing pictures of exactly what I wanted, I left with very yellow highlights and a root smudge that was practically orangey brown. The highlights at the front were also very uneven. Much more highlighted on one side than the other and basically brown at the front (not a typical root smudge). Not to mention she cut my frame pieces which ended up being choppy and uneven. I got my hair color, cut, washed and styled by Sandi. I was very impressed by the professionalism that was displayed from the moment I walked in to finished product. I have had the same guy cut my hair for about 10 years in Miami so moving to Naples, I knew it would suck not having my guy around. I shopped around and found many good reviews from this salon so I decided to make an apt. The stylists prices differ from level of experience which I thought was great actually. You get what you pay for. Sandi clearly knew what she was doing and it was easy to let her take control of the creative process. Went with a friend both of us have service dogs and we called to see if they will take us one of the girls that had answered the phone said yes as long as them behaved when we both got there my friend was the one getting the hair cut the one that answered the phone was SO RUDE and viscous to us both. My hair stylist Eden does a great job. She has a very advanced hair cutting technique. Michael Thomas does everything to educate his staff and keep them up to date. Eden is also very friendly and has a lot of knowledge to treat also damaged hair. When I came to her my hair was cut in a weird way and damaged. I love this place. Found them when I moved here 3 years ago and keep coming back. I see Christina who is excellent. She always listens to what I want - my color is always spot on, my balayage always looks great and whenever I leave the salon I get stopped by women asking me where I get my hair done. MT was open and following strict protocols to make their customers and staff feel safe and protected, so I immediately felt at ease. I trusted the advice of the receptionist when she recommended a stylist- and I've now seen Adrian consistently for almost a year. He is awesome. Extremely knowledgeable and talented. One of the most important things is that he asks a lot of questions and learns the type of person you are and what your hair care routine is before starting. Fantastic salon, Sandy was phenomenal, she consulted with me regarding my cut and what I was expecting. Listening to me, and what I wanted. Offering her thoughts, and opinion on my hairs needs. I had went for color at another salon in Naples, and was not happy with it. Sandy offered a toner on my color, the other salon did not use a toner, and immediately my hair felt better. The toner helped neutralize the brassiness. I highly recommend Sandy for styling, cutting, and color. I wish I wasn't heading North this Friday, otherwise I would have her do my entire color.
