She said that only 5'x5' units were available at this time but offered to put us on a waitlist for a larger unit, which we accepted. Overall, the grounds and units appeared clean and well maintained. Although the units were not climate controlled, they appeared dry and resistant to the elements. And for our purpose, it is a convenient location between our current home and the area we are focusing on for our next house.

The packing was disorganized, items were packed carelessly, and several belongings were damaged during the move. Most upsetting was that the movers broke my baby's dresser, which doubles as her changing table, leaving us without a changing station. They attempted a quick repair with wood glue, but the piece remains damaged. We also discovered broken artwork that had not been properly wrapped or protected. The damage wasn't limited to our belongings. We moved into a brand-new home, and the movers left dents, drywall damage, scuffs, and markings on walls, stairways, and door frames. They also left cigarette butts, pop bottles, and other trash on the property. After the move, I contacted the company, provided photos, and completed the claim form they sent me. Since then, I have been completely ghosted. Despite the extent of the damage, no one has taken accountability, offered a meaningful resolution, or even apologized for breaking our belongings--including our baby's changing table. Mistakes happen. What separates a good company from a bad one is how they handle those mistakes. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and customer service after the fact has been just as disappointing as the move itself. I cannot recommend this company based on our experience.

Come moving day, I received a call from the crew to give me an ETA which was actually earlier than their promised time. They got to work right away hauling my stuff to their truck. The crew was friendly and very helpful, and in about two hours they had me loaded, moved, and unloaded. Honestly I think the move went about as smoothly as it could. I suggested in the morning we tackle that first thing and that they take the doors off. Long story short- they save it until the end, do not take the doors off, do not take the bannister off the wall, damage my walls, the cabinet is stuck at the bottom of the stairs and they wanted to be paid (cash only! another thing they didn't tell me up front) with the promise someone else would come back and move the cabinet a couple hours later. Only by withholding payment did I get the cabinet removed (they had to take the bannister off and doors to accomplish). Other furniture of mine they moved had some damage. I gave them the opportunity to fix the wall damage or make arrangements with the new buyers to have fixed and I got ghosted and stuck giving up some of my security deposit to cover.
