We had two storage units for our daughters, and then pared down to one, and then moved from a non-temperature controlled unit into a temperature controlled unit. We would highly recommend Jeremy, as he is always helpful particularly if we needed to change or downsize the unit. For the entire time we have had units at iStorage, Jeremy has kept the units very clean, well lit and dollies well organized. If you need storage this is a great and well run place.

The service here by Marius is AWESOME, he helped me with the van and all the things I needed but he added in a personal touch and helped me navigate and find a doctor to help with my family members sudden health issues. He called just to check in and worked with me as I needed the van for longer than expected. I couldnt imagine a better person to have met during this time in my life. He was also very professional and helped me figure out which things I'd need to make the move easier. The prices here are fair and I took out the extra coverage cuz credit cards don't cover rental equipment and the cost per day was very reasonable and just so easy to pick up and drop off and extend my rental. I'd recommend this place to anyone for their U-Haul needs and special shoutout to Marius he's a real gem of a guy and helped me with finding movers last minute and really just made a difficult situation easier and customer relationships are very important to me he's genuine, thoughtful and kind so I'd recommend this location to anyone as they go above and beyond in my recent experience.

I'm a class action attorney looking into whether this is a systemic overbilling problem by this company.

I just received an email that my rental rate will increase 49% or $1800 extra annually starting Jan 1st 2026. I am still in shock because the local people are very nice, however the home office will not respond to my emails or call back requests to even discuss being gouged by them. I will be leaving at the end of the year, I was able to find a new location with the same offerings at a cheaper price than I am currently paying and they could not have been more gracious and welcoming. I feel like I have been totally baited and switched for being a loyal customer. Not sure if they sold out to people who do not value the business. A normal rental increase is customary and expected and we always accepted it because it was usually a fair and reasonable increase, this crosses the line of fairness by 3x. I normally try not to bash anyone but the lack of response speaks volumes.
