We had two storage units for our daughters, and then pared down to one, and then moved from a non-temperature controlled unit into a temperature controlled unit. We would highly recommend Jeremy, as he is always helpful particularly if we needed to change or downsize the unit. For the entire time we have had units at iStorage, Jeremy has kept the units very clean, well lit and dollies well organized. If you need storage this is a great and well run place.

The service here by Marius is AWESOME, he helped me with the van and all the things I needed but he added in a personal touch and helped me navigate and find a doctor to help with my family members sudden health issues. He called just to check in and worked with me as I needed the van for longer than expected. I couldnt imagine a better person to have met during this time in my life. He was also very professional and helped me figure out which things I'd need to make the move easier. The prices here are fair and I took out the extra coverage cuz credit cards don't cover rental equipment and the cost per day was very reasonable and just so easy to pick up and drop off and extend my rental. I'd recommend this place to anyone for their U-Haul needs and special shoutout to Marius he's a real gem of a guy and helped me with finding movers last minute and really just made a difficult situation easier and customer relationships are very important to me he's genuine, thoughtful and kind so I'd recommend this location to anyone as they go above and beyond in my recent experience.

I'm a class action attorney looking into whether this is a systemic overbilling problem by this company.

I have been a customer off and on since 2021. When I first started renting here, they had office…read morepersonnel on-site that were helpful, the facility was clean, well-lit, and I had no complaints. The drive-up access was fabulous and worth the extra premium I was paying. Fast forward to 2026, overhead doors are often broken and stay up for hours (and I heard from a fellow renter over the weekend, days at a time). There is no staff regularly on-site and if you call for an emergency, no one answers the local number. I was there on a Sunday and the overhead door would not go down, I called and called the emergency number on the door and finally had to call the central number. Also, the lighting is either blown out or not working in spots, so there are dark areas. Even more upsetting then all of this, they added 90+ storage units blocking the drive-up access and the only thing they did to inform me was send an ambiguous email about adding units and work in the drive-thru area that went to my spam. I have some large items at the back of the storage facility. I can no longer drive my car up to get those items. When my credit card was lost and I forgot to replace it on my account, they called, texted, emailed multiple times, so they certainly could have done more to ensure people knew. To add insult to injury, they raised my price by $75 per month for the pleasure of worse service, worse access, and less safety. I am moving out this month and I recommend you go anywhere else.
